republic commando is just art the commandos are funny and have so much personality sometimes I feel like they are other players and the combat is gritty and fun but challenging. The only thing that I can say that is “bad” about it is the old graphics but I personally don’t mind them.
That looked Amazing. Wish the game's intro looked like your updated version. The games Graphics were still Great at the time it came out though and it's still fun to play to this day.
Ох, эмоции... Прям помню, как меня восхитило это интро в первый раз. А потом и в последующие разы, когда я узнал о Star Wars чуть больше. Спасибо, что воскресили в памяти всё это. Думаю, время достать старый диск и внешний дисковод, пора перепройти игру в очередной раз
Жаль от разработчиков ничего не увидим в плане продолжения. Если только фанаты сделают ремейк как в интро. А так помню ждал безумно вторую часть,как и многие
This is just related to the comments, but the description, personally I still have my doubts that Scorch died. There is no way the armor was pierced especially when you factor in just how many bolts your armor can actually take and it's a pretty hefty amount so I'm doubtful Scorch died there probably just a severe concussion hopefully bringing back our favorite pal who's regretting his choices.
Can we just appreciate the spider droid moving like the mastermind from doom ? Those sharp and organic moves typical of a droid from the movie and not like a quadrupedal tank ,that was awesome .Also : the filter as part of the helmet ,bro ....this is gold
Everything custom. As for texturing: base materials in substance + 30% of manual drawing of the damages, AO's and stuff like that. Then import into lit scene, tests and tweaks.
Dude, your work is sensational. It had eveything I could ever want... the sighs, the sounds. the music. You have way too few subs. You just earned mine :)
I've always been a fan of the series and loved the republic but this game radicalized me and down the rabbit hole I went. Between this and KOTOR are the most deserving of a good remaster but unfortunately that would require the powers at be (Disney? Ubisoft?) to use critical thinking and actually give us something we actually want. I wouldn't trust either of them to make a good remaster because it will have to be a labor of love.
Star Wars was the most amazing sci-fi universe ever created, because it was a collective imagination dans a true extended universe made by and for fans. Then Disney arrived. They ruined every single piece of what was good and interesting in Star Wars. If you decide to ignore Bad Batch, I can tell you that I decided to ignore the last twelve years of Disney Wars. Amazing work and a beautiful tribute to one of the best era of Star Wars !
What I love about this installment of the Star Wars games in particular is how unique and fleshed out Delta Squad was compared to regular Clones. Not only were they better trained and had a significantly higher survival rate, but they also had colorful personalities. Fixer was by-the-book, Scorch was a pyromaniac, and Sev was downright sadistic.
