Good grief this is insane. "Don't forget to grab your metal cutting saw that everyone has - and also I hope your threaded axel holes are the right size, because there's only one size of screw in the package! Good luck!"
My axle came with a washer on the threaded portion where the nut gets installed. Should it go in between the hitch and the axle head or the hitch and the washer? I believe that's how the instructions read, but it's not shown in the diagram or this video.
You should make the straps about twice as long. Way too short. And it would be a good idea to throw in two extra straps and a cargo net with the $300 purchase. Apart from that, it's a nice product.
I wish the hitch system was further developed, as a thing that can be bought for DIY trailers. There are no good hitch systems for attaching to the seat post.
Hi i want to purchase a single bike trailer and my options are the minnow or bee which do you recommend are they exactly the same or is the bee better ? Thanks
Erstaunliche Gegend.
I have a d’lite x, the video and the directions on the snuggler contradict each other. Directions in the user manual say to remove seat pad, however the directions in this video clearly show him installing the snuggler over the seat pad. Which is it? Thanks.
How come it is almost impossible to put the bar in where it's supposed to go on the clips??? Am I missing something? I am using all my strength to try to get those two bars to come together at the top to keep it open and it won't work.
My cub x is still not assembled because installing the side insets is impossible! Loosened the brackets but there’s still little play. They don’t fit! 😥
Does it have suspension? I'm looking for a trailer to take the dog bike packing, but I defo don't want her being flung about inside the trailer on rough off-road terrain...
We have renting city bikes in the city I currently live (Guadalajara, Mexico). I wish this didn't require tools to be attached/detacched to a bike. The base requires to be attached with tools, as shown on 1:45 .
FINALLY, a video that shows in detail how it is actually done. I did not understand you have to actually use a bit of force on the nut to get it further on the plastic part of it (sec 0:53).Thank you very much!
Naming this so closely to the Honey made our purchase a bit confusing and got the wrong trailer. Apparently the “honey bee” is the one that doubles as a stroller. Unfortunately the salesmen didn’t know any different either
I have over tightened the mounting knob. How do I unscrew it now? The anti loose design of the mounting knob is stupid. I just bought a Dash FM, and wasn’t even able to install it yet. Now the whole thing is a useless junk, because the mounting knob just doesn’t come off.
