Wow, wow, wow!! I've literally been looking for ideas/videos on how to hang from a rail with chain for over a week, none were exactly what I needed. My actual rail system is different from yours, I hand made my rails using cedar boards and cut a groove along the top to put hooks in that could slide back and forth. However, what I was having trouble with, was how to actually hang/attach the pictures to the chain. My first few ideas really didn't allow the pictures to hang straight, flat, etc. Obviously one way I tried was a hook on each side of the picture, but I put mine on the back of the picture. Although it was better than the other ways I tried, actually putting the hooks at the top corner like YOU show, was the solution I needed!!! How cool your video from 7 years ago was able to help me, when none of the current day videos did! You rock 🤘🏼 Thanks so much!

I was trying for a 3 day water fast. Felt great until 36 hours and i woak up with what felt like a fever. I was exstreamly hot and i felt nausea and fatigue. I was home by myself with a baby and got scared so i stopped my fast. Drank keto electrolyte drink felt better but not well enough to sleep. Then i had broth, chicken, pistachios, and 2 small crakers. Felt better and when to bed. Did i do the right thing or should i have pushed through? Does anyone know what was going on. Did i not have enough water and electrolytes?

I am on day 5 of a 10 day water fast, and starting from a low body weight. I have not experienced any headaches or serious dizzy spells. My secret? I began taking Himalayan pink salt on day one, even though I felt fine. I figured it would be best to take a pro active approach. Why wait until you’re having symptoms of an electrolyte imbalance to supplement with salt? Doesn’t make much sense 😅. It’s also important to note that there is a such thing as drinking too much water, only drink when you feel thirsty, don’t over do it! I hope this helps someone.❤
Reducing food. Doing a juice and light protein diet. Soups nuts and eggs. And fruit juices. Only juice no processed sugar. Then will fast juice a week. Then fast water a week
I couldn't lose weight it was really an issue even though I was on keto', my last effort was to cut my dairy out no yogurt, cheese etc.. I started losing weight straight away and now down 10kg,
UPDATE: June 2024 we just caught 34 this week, was so pleased with the results last year & this year so far that I ordered 2 more, I wish you could buy the basin separately but I use a wheel barrel filled with water to get rid of the pests, our Red Tailed hawks, buzzards & Owls love to eat them.
