This keyboard comes with predictive text. But you have to use the iphone's display keyboard. If you use a third party keyboard app you won't be able to use predictive texting. Took me while to figure this out.
I see what you're talking about but the feature is still very limited and you don't have the option of choosing from different words. You can only use the spacebar to finish certain words, and for me at least, it's usually not the word I want to use anyway. In any case, it's a good catch and I'm glad you pointed it out.
@@RandoTechInfo Yes. The option of selecting from the various word options is gone. For years, I've been using the third party app SwiftKey and it's difficult to revert back to apple's keyboard. Using the Clicks physical keyboard does come with limitations. It's a give and take I suppose.
I preordered Clicks for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. After a couple of months with my Founders Edition unit, it’s definitely a niche product with some issues. I still really enjoy it though.
Just got one for $45 It's pretty decent and not so bad I would've found it more valuable if it had irregular heartbeat rhythm warnings or emergency calls for dangerous heart rate But overall I loved it, I believe it's a great starting point for me to become more mindful and conscious about my health and fitness level which would definitely help me to increase my overall health Afterwards I might feel more committed into more accurate and functional health wearables without fearing from paying a high price and not utilizing them enough
That's a good plan. Over time you will realize what features you really want and the ones you don't need and it will help inform your search moving forward. Glad you are liking it so far!
@@RandoTechInfoyea. They are £10 more on Amazon, and the black colour is only available at 3-6 months shipping, which is why I will buy it straight from nothing.
@@RandoTechInfo Hazel is the color for the band that comes with the watch. It looks grey. But the new pro2 earbuds come in Hazel which looks black. I thought Hazel was a greenish grey from past Google colors. This is why I'm so confused
If you have spent some time with the CMF Buds Pro 2, it would be great to hear about YOUR experience. Thank you for watching! Amazon product link if you want to pick up the CMF Buds Pro 2. (We don't get anything if you use the link. We are just nice like that.) www.amazon.com/dp/B0D83J6JJ9?...
Hey mate. Spacial Audio is pretty much exactly like Apple’s. What it does, is plays music from core era of the earbuds to direct the sound. This should make it feel like surround sound, although you can only use Nothing’s version as Apple does not recognise it as available, because it’s Apple. In short, it makes it feel like surround sound and theoretically, if you move your head around, the sound should feel like it is staying in one corner and not moving with your head.
@@i_wanna_be_a_pilot What you are saying makes sense but I didn't notice any head tracking whatsoever, but it definitely changes the sound profile. It's kind of odd.
@@RandoTechInfo ah ok, interesting. I know that Apple’s Spacial Audio does head tracking, but maybe Nothing’s doesn’t. I’ll have to see when I get the earbuds!£
I am generally confused about CMFs lineup. This Pro2 look like the CMF Buds nonPro which I own at present. Software looks similar so I can´t even identify a relevant difference . 🤷🏼 My experience: CMF is low budget hardware and not comparable to AirPods by any means.
Excellent video and suggestion BUT, I just downloaded the galaxy enhance x app and the permissions are nuts! The app needs the power to delete any and all items on your phone without permission? The exact text is "This app will be able to read, modify or delete all of the files on this phone or any connected storage devices. If you allow this, the app may access files that aren't related to the app without notifying you". This is the FIRST STEP after download. You MUST allow these permissions to load and use the app. While I appreciate this video, the creator had to have seen this to load the app and show us, so I believe he should've mentioned this at the start of the video. Cheers all.
I made this video quite some time ago. Don't remember the app needing that type of access. It's possible I missed it but it's also possible the permissions have changed over time. Definitely something to be aware of.
Here is an affiliate link if you want to buy the watch on the Zon and help the channel at the same time. It's ok if you don't though. We can still be friends. Review coming soon! amzn.to/3XyVNaq
It is a great idea. What I would like to see in the next version is a capacitive keyboard to scroll through websites and apps like how the Blackberry passport keyboard worked. A MageSafe version. I have the London Sky with an added MagSafe adhesive ring on the back and it works great! Can add MageSafe accessories.
I have added rings to other cases that I've had with mixed results. Glad it's working for you! Interesting idea about the keyboard as well. I'm excited to see where this product goes moving forward.
Good review! Personally after a few weeks of practice I am a huge fan. Averaging 65wpm. Currently using the 15 pro which i imagine is much smaller than the max version. My only complains are lack of waterproofing and I sometimes finds the material of the case makes it difficult to put in my pockets.
As I said in the video, I'm sure there are some people who will make better use of it than I did and I'm glad to hear that is the case. 👍. The case is grippy, which is obviously good when you're using the keyboard but less great for taking in and out of your pockets. I'm glad you're enjoying it overall!
I had the CMF Watch Pro 1, and while I loved the display and finish, that's pretty much where the positives end. When I set a timer, the screen doesn’t turn off, dim, or reduce sensitivity. So, if I'm preparing food that takes an hour to cook, the screen will stay on for the entire hour. The call quality is terrible. There’s no customization. The touch sensitivity is poor, which you’ll notice when trying to use the calculator. It doesn’t notify you of new notifications with any icon or mark on the screen. You also can’t set up predefined responses for SMS, WhatsApp, or any other messenger. Honestly, just buy a Galaxy Fit 3, Redmi Band 4 or a MiBand 8 Pro.
I think a landscape slide version (think Sidekick phone) would fix so many of these issues. Weight, hand placement, button distribution. However to gain a moving part (such as a sliding keyboard) probably leaves it open to too many issues.
It’s a no for me especially at that price with no MagSafe. I can just imagine how it’ll stick out from the pants pocket. At least add a headphone jack to add to the nostalgia 🤷🏼♂️
I ordered this watch last night, because our medical aid here in South Africa gives you benefits and so forth regarding if you have a watch that has Health Tracking, so i decided to give this one a go because my Genius smart watch isnt really Compatible with the Discovery Vitality app, apprently this one should be, if im not mistaken it should track your health info on the Samsung app? or does it not? otherwise i should cancel that order and go for something better haha.
I've been using Android for years, my last iPhone was the iPhone 8 plus, i love Android but i can't deny the fact the Air Pods Pro 2 are the best wireless earbuds ever! The nouse cancellation is wild, sometimes i forget where i am because all i hear is the music, the sound quality is close to Sony earbuds, Sony has the best audio quality ever, as in the voice is crystal clear and no just bass banging like beats earbuds/galaxy earbuds, i love these earbuds so much, they're perfection!
They are good but I do prefer the sound profile on some newer buds like the Nothing Ears and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, but there is no doubt the Air Pod Pros are still class leading when it comes to noise and touch controls, and those things work fine no matter what device you are paired with, which is great for people like you and me who mix and match ecosystems. Thanks for watching!
Great review. Very thorough. I purchased and cancelled my order and purchased it again for all the reasons you mentioned. I think for techie people, its a fun splurge. But if you are looking for functionality and something more productive, this isnt the best case for you.
In some ways yes, because they came out so much later. I'm currently reviewing the new Pro 2s and those are really good. Hope to have that video out next week.
@@RandoTechInfoWhich one do you recommend I get? I had the Ear 2, the right earbud was faulty so I eventually had to send it back, unfortunately they don't have them in stock anymore and the new ones are a lot more expensive compared to price I payed for the Ear 2. I was thinking about the CMF Buds Pro 2, though they're not as pretty and they don't have all the features
@@mystic4l not to sound self-serving but all of that will be explained in the review. The short version is, compared to the Ear 2, the sound isn't as clean on the new pros but it's very good for the price point. The biggest things you will be missing are the customized sound profile and the advanced equalizer. Hope that helps.
