Basically... I talk about videography / filmmaking, photography, gear (primarily Sony Alpha Cameras) and I try to be funny. I don't take things too seriously.
@@JS_Leger every one of you that mentioned me looking green let's me know none of you know Jack shit about cameras or colors . I'm surrounded by green grass and trees with the light bouncing off white house siding. If there is a hint of green on my face it's from the actual environment not the camera. If anything, the camera is showing accurate colors for the situation. Also, of I wanted to remove the "green" it's literally +1 magenta on Lumetri. Keep filming that 4k60 cropped.
Vu ... Everything about this was so f*cking good. Your story telling is incredible, not to mention the whole production, and if you don't get a ton more subs from this I will be shocked. Thank you for putting this together and sharing with us. A true, "Let me show you" moment.
Don’t want to sound cheesy but I actually got goosebumps as you said it. Really love your videos and everything you say is spot on. I’d love to be able to produce videos like yours, I need to get practicing.
I actually do notice when the shutter speed is cranked 😅 It's pretty subtle though, so definitely worth doing if not doing it will introduce a more obvious problem into the footage or will block the shot entirely.
*I don't think people those that doing get videographers or think because taking just a video is the same thing but it's really not. There's a purpose to each field in what they love. I'm not a filmmaker myself but I understand and appreciate the work and effort into these and people like you Vu show what all that work and effort does and the time piece it brings and the stories it will continue to bring*
As an enthusiast, I would like to know the 5 or 10 things you would tell to a new second photographer that would like to start his/her career with you. But not advices on the business or advices on how to start. Advices/instructions in the field, at a wedding. Hope this is a good idea for a future video!
"Asians on the street" look wut? 🤪 Thanks for the comparison, I've got a ZV1 but am looking for a quick solution for when I just want to do a quick bit of piece to camera or B roll outside of the workshop without packing up the ZV1/Tripod/Mic etc.
I can tell you from my experience for the use case I need I'm mostly in 35mm and few times at 28mm and for some product shots 50mmm. I was at first like 28-45 not enuff until I realised 80% of my video shoots is at that range. Great explanation.
YOUR WEDDING IMAGERY B-ROLL is AMAZING! and thats coming from one of the canon d-bags you described in the intro...came here to say you right...fans act like we get paid to say a camera logo is the best...its wild! #StillTeamCanon but my brother is #TeamSony and guess what...we film together and get paid together! Keep the VIDs coming, sir!
