@@rubytreedoctor you take a small piece, so it has time to flip, so the top is posting into the base of the tree 270 degrees. Also has much to do with your face cut, how upped it is.

Mines a year old , on it's 3rd motor 2nd Bowden cable and a head casing , absolute junk , ive also a HSA 100 which has new blade cams after a couple of months and very little work and is rattling like a box of smarties again already , yes you need ro grease the head frequently or the battery will red light
Ah that’s a shame I’m having an issue similar to what you said with only 1/3 of ours sometimes after use it won’t work not sure what the issue is, and yes! I noticed it’s needs greasing a stupid amount haha :)
YEEEEAH Finally the new bag ! 😎 You'll love it even more if you got the add-on bag (Courant Host) that you clip on front, it's so useful to move around with it on the job sites.
As a suggestion for stopper knots I usually tie a fisherman's knot about 60 - 80cm from the bottom of my rope, reason being if your at the bottom of your rope and your device is resting on the knot the extra tail under said knot can be used with a foot ascender to get yourself back up.
If you are climbing double rope I would hope that you can pull yourself up with your upper body so long as you weren't injured while climbing, personally I think it's important to try and ensure you have a long enough rope to work and reach the ground without requiring resetting the tie in. All that being said still a good recommendation

Well done on the 500 subs. I hate stopper knots, the get caught to often, I've taken to folding about 3 inches back on itself and sewing it like some manufactured lanyards come; still does the job of a stopper but smaller form factor.
I have always just used a figure 8 or simple overhand as a stopper so to untie and retie quickly when I'm worried about getting stuck in a lower crotch or redirect
Had the previous model. This one has been updated and a few bits made better. Mine is a bloody brilliant tool and paid for itself in no time. Its surprising what it can cut but definitely a trimmer more than a cutter.
