Let me tell you how much I’ve come to hate my audience since my story was published. There are 30 million copies of my story across the world. If I were to replace every letter of every word in every copy with the word “hate”, it would not equal one one-billionth of the hate I feel for my audience at this micro instant. Hate. HATE.
I can’t tell if this is an act or character which he is reenacting, but if he is earnestly expressing his true feelings toward his audience, then what a childish and immature perspective.
I agree with him 100% when a creative person starts to cater to fans feelings/thoughts, they become less creative and less interesting. Their content and attitude changes in other to prioritize their “fans” or viewers. And it’s always lame to see that happen with artist/writers.
I genuinely think he was just tired of the superficial people kissing his b-hole and not actually understanding what his writing means. I may be wrong tho.
