Livin Salty is all about just getting out on the water and having a good time. You can expect to see weekly videos on my channel relating to fishing, jet skiing, kayaking, and anything else on the water! Don’t forget to like and subscribe :)
I would definitely take this over the Contender 25 or Grady 256. That was pretty crazy that that person in the front seat sat through those waves! The only thing I would add onto this boat is a full glass wraparound.
I've been looking for a 23ft boat for a wile now that has the option of twin outboard engines and I'm stuck between this reef runner and the bluewater 23T, I've seen that you have reviewed both of them, I would love and honor your opinion and expert advice and suggestion on which would be a better boat between this two, the pros and cons or would it come down to a flip of a coin ??? Thank you in advance....Gabriel
Not dumb at all! We have a bait pen we keep in the water at the dock. I actually have a video on my channel called something like DIY Bait Pen Build if your interested in seeing it built 🤙🏻
Got about a minute in then looked for the price in the comments and immediately stopped the video. Damn near $100K is not "affordable" (to the vast majority anyway).
thanks, I know those were my earlier days of boat walkthrough videos. Check out the more recent ones, I promise the quality has gotten a lot better since then!
You need to change your perspective hoss! $219,000 is NOT budget-friendly. That means if the average home price is $400,000, you think a boat that costs half that much is something most people can afford? Dude...seriously!
@@LivinSalty It's not a question of better deal... it's NOT budget-friendly... that's it... nothing more. It's a very nice boat... for damn near the price of a starter home!
@@G.B.B. budget-friendly just means value-minded. Just because it’s not in YOUR budget doesn’t mean it isn’t budget-friendly to someone looking to spend $300k on a similar boat.
@@joshmatthews3450 That is the single dumbest thing said in the comments so far. A $10 million dollar boat is "budget friendly" to someone as well. It is also "Value Minded" to someone. Budget friendly is a term meant to convey affordability to "everyday" people. Most people can't afford to spend $200,000 on a boat when that is half the average value of a house in the US right now. My point was to tell the OP to adjust his thinking on the term budget friendly.
@@G.B.B. Yes it would be if the $10 million yacht is comparable in features to a $15 million yacht. Get off the internet kid you don’t know anything about anything 😂
FYI, to remove the Anodes: 1) Remove bolt holding in the Anode 2) Buy a 10 mm bolt 1.5 pitch. 3) Then simply screw the bolt you bought into the hole and this will press out the anode with ZERO work. Bolt that holds the Anode to the engine = 12mm socket Bolt used to remove anode from the engine uses a 14mm socket Bolt that holds anode to the housing needs an 8 mm socket a vice helps a lot. Grease every bolt that goes back in.
Do me favor. I posted a video a couple before this one of the best beginner/entry level boats. Go into that comment section and tell those people that this is an entry level boat. They don’t even consider a sub 100k center console as entry level, don’t think they’re gonna go for that 😂
Considering this was last year, yes that's a decent price, in early 21 I payed just about 80k for a 239 SeaPro brand new, with a 300 Suzuki and a trailer, my boat last year was listing for 105k.....
Okay for the 500th time…. Compared to the REST of the NEW boat market, these are some of the more affordable options. If you can’t afford one and don’t want to get a loan, these are some features/brands to look for in the USED market.
