There’s no other feeling like fighting a dullahan and parrying his sword slashes back to back only to punish them. There’s nothing worse than getting jumped by dullahans
I wish there was a way to Dragonforge your gear without it getting that weird effect. I remember that irking me in the first game too. Really messes with the vibe of my looks but the weight reduction alone makes it worth it.
I would love to watch a mage - sorceror challenge playthrough from you. I typically don't go for a dedicated magic user either (arcane trickster in D&D, magic knight in DD1 and mystic spearhand in DD2) but I think that like me, you'll be a bit shocked by how insanely OP some skills and combinations can be. I'd advice making your main pawn a tanky warrior though because up close melee is your biggest enemy. Also reccomend augments to minimize hostile enemy attention towards you and maybe increased enemy attention for your "bodyguard" pawn XD
I wish there was an option to completely turn that nonsense off in the options. I usually unsheath my weapon as soon as I see a pawn walking towards me. Sometimes I forget it, though, and there are situations like when you high five your pawn, when you auto sheath, even if you turned it off in options.
the npc dont care for the staff because u need it to levitate, also i dont remember well but i think the tutorial tells you that you cant get more pawns if u dont have the main pawn whit you, both mecanics are from the first DD

I'm now on NG++++++. I never even let my pawn level mage or warrior yet even though I have plenty of gear ready since I can only hold 999 wyrmcrystals... maybe next time. lol edit: Also... my kid just bought the game so there are new players who might want to look stuff up rather than text me at work... heh. The newer content is mostly to do with mods for pc, but we play ps5. idk how many rift crystals a lvl 1 would need to hire a lvl 118 and idk if he's lucky or not since he won't suffer and have as much fun as I did.

I did not know what those guys were doing. When ever i got in to a fight with monsters or bandits. The "imposters" helped me so i kind left them alone. But thanks for the info.

I am just playing with character customization too much because sometimes I wish I didn't, getting max affinity with my pawn with lots of trips to the barbershop for the best ending, dragging my drunken warfarer master along to kill the sphinx since he always visits my house when I go to Battahl for the one guy, equipping low level pawns with good gear as long as they are active players, doing just the quests that matter for evacuation, killing stuff, helping active players get pawn badges, and that's about it. :)

Idk if you ever mentioned that with the lightning spell as a sorcerer after casting it you can continue to tap the attack button and it will continue to strike lightning bolts

@@teejay337 in the unmoored world? I went to the island, saved the dwarf and his wife, and it cleared the red beam quest, but I never went to the excavation site.
@@averyroscoe91 and when I said volcanic Island, do you recall the beach area where a drake resides in volcanic island. When you first enter volcanic Island regardless of if it's story related or you passed through drabnirs grotto on the beach side of volcanic island you'll see a drake fighting 4 wargs
I didn’t know that dullahands where rare because I got jumped 3 times by them when walking to Melve I think it was melve it might’ve been the sacred arbor idk
There is 5 appearances of dragon dogma in the summer games fest trailer, It surly points that we are seeing something about the DLC there or copium, choose your medicine;-)
The increase in storage is required. I for one am keeping copies of certain weapons and armors (for myself and my pawn) so the space adds up. Just an FYI, in DDDA, the storage space is 6000 Comforting Neck Wrap along with Venator's Leggings, Hollow Cape, Ring of Predominance and Ring of Assurance is still unobtainable on consoles. On PC you get these using mods.
@MightyMelvo Exactly. I also forgot to mention in DDDA, weapons, armors, rings and Capes also stacked in storage. Even the same upgrade levels stacked too, they didn't take a separate slot. Not sure why they changed this.
I was pissed by how bad it was at launch. Bought it day 1 because it's Capcom. How could Capcom mess up? NPC were all hostile to me, no option for a new game to fix that issue, less customization options, and the classes that are missing.
