Adventures with my M35A2 Deuce and a half. Just an amateur when it comes to making videos, so if you have comments to help me in creating better videos then please do so. Otherwise I will share content about my deuce and updates, along with some rants. I also will share some drone footage of some of my travels. Thanks for watching and join if you want to see more.
Thank you for the explanation of how you got injured. It is a learning moment. Your incident should be presented in training for the jaws of life. May you have a speedy and complete recovery.
The music during the explanation of the accident was a really nice addition to the video had me sitting on the edge of my seat. I'm like wait a minute Ah it's the music adding the suspense. Great video and Thanks.
I do hope I am getting better. I know I have a lot more to learn. If you only knew how scatter brained I am. I have to cut out so much. Thanks for the comment.
I’m sorry to hear about your hand injury Mr. BELL. I hope it gets to feeling better and if you’re wanting to know my favorite positions are in cabin videos because there’s no wind noise and I can hear the engine more and I was actually want to know if you can will you please see if you can do a three or four hour ASMR video of you driving the truck with the interpretation of the camera and do some really high rpm up shifting because that thing sounds amazing and included with the engine start up because that’s my old Tom favorite part. I hope all is well with you man and I hope and pray that your hand gets to feeling better.
@justamanandhisdeuceandahal5399 I too toyed with the idea of a hood ornament. After long consideration I came to my own conclusion that it wasn't meant to be. On top of that once you add other things like the snorkel and extra lights and having a winch it's just too much going on
My dad, now 91 years old was one of the best hand surgeons around. They would fly people in from the 4 states around us just to have him put peoples fingers back on. I hope the best for your fingers getting better! Best wishes! Love the channel!
You might have been able to move it with different tires NDT are very universal, they suck on everything! You could have also had 5 to 7000 pounds in the bed that would have helped a lot also!
Sorry to hear about the injury and really hope you get it all taken care of and feeling better. Also, I'm a new subscriber but I really enjoy watching you videos as you do have good insight and details going about the Duece. I am a new owner and have used your wisdom amongst other to get things done. Thanks and a speedy recovery!!
I didn't enjoy seeing you get hurt but I would like to know what happened. I'm sure there is a lesson here so we don't make the same mistake. I hope you are feeling better very soon. I know my friends would be so happy about my deuce but they are all dead and I'm on my own trying to fix and keep up with maintenence. My back is screwed up and knees but I'm not gonna give up. I'll die first.
this was work related. I was using every precaution I knew but a freak incident that has never happened....happened. My hand tried to catch a sharp metal object...not by choice...I was wearing safety gloves but I guess it hit my hand hard enough to penetrative the gloves.
Glad to see the repair was successful. Was starting to think you might need to change the name of your channel to "Just a man and his Deuce wearing a strait jacket"! Great video.
I agree et disagree - when using 396's your losing 4 rims and 4 tires ( thats a lot of weight.) boyce sells the wheels . and get the disc brake convertion kit less than $1k for 4 axles
Are those stock headlight buckets or others aftermarket? Mine look nothing like that. I have a adapter squished between the back of my headlight on the inside of the bucket
You paid $2800 for it to fail this many times? No wonder he isn't carrying the kit anymore lol. I would check on steelsoldiers. I read that the boyce pump is near identical so not sure if you could order that individually or not.
Yes it failure is totally my fault sorta. I had a line come loose while I was out in it and made a bone headed decision to continue to drive it home. Needless to say I been fighting with it ever since.
@@justamanandhisdeuceandahal5399 That explains, I got the same kit and it's been flawless, I believe the pump is the same one off the 5 ton multifuel NSN# 4320-00-075-3329 It seems like Eastern Surplus has one in stock
I do not remember where exactly I bought them from. I thought I purchased from Amazon but I cannot find a purchase from them. But Amazon does carry some that look very similar.
so I figured out where I bought the lights...I bought off EBAY. I did notice the exact ones I bought are not offered but there is several more they offer.
The algorithm finally sent your channel to me. I would have thought they would have done it years ago since I watched all the tactical repair videos. I have catching up to do on your playlist. I liked and subscribed. Thank you for posting your content. 👍👍
Be aware, if those not the original military LEDs, they can break inside the housing which causes the light bulb to vibrate, a lot of those lights are built for jeeps and not made for the vibration of the m35. I'm the same as you with wanting a 5 ton, either a 5 ton next or a 12 valve is going in the m35
