"I'm using this colour and that colour"... Why are you using those colours!? How do you know where and what colours to use. How do you know what things to draw in each bubble!? What reference are you using or do you just magically know how to draw bubbles? It's so frustrating.
This is fantastic! But you're not teaching people what colours to use where. You're just expecting people to copy you, but you're not teaching people what you are reflecting. If you're making it up as you go along, tell people. What reference are you using? Why don't we know?
You haven’t explained what you are referencing. You didn’t explain what it is you are drawing in the reflection of the bubbles or why you are using certain colours. The only way people can draw bubbles is if they copy your artwork, but you haven’t taught anyone anything…
Hello, I’m referencing from 3 different realistic bubble photos I found on Pinterest, I tried to simplify the image as much as possible so beginners can easily copy and not get frustrated. As for the colors the real image had so many different colors so I decided to section it and limit it to the colors you see in photo. If you tried to learn and actually copied what’s in the video you’ll understand how it works and you’ll be able to change the colors in your other attempts and I’m sure it’ll look amazing, it’s not just the choice of colors it’s the technique👍🏻 Give your self the chance to experiment and have fun creating art❤️ Good luck❤️
Not just one photo, I combined a few photos of real bubbles taken with good lighting from pinterest, and a 3d model that was a little more simplified than the real bubbles pictures. (Also found on pinterest) and of course I’ve looked at how other artists drew bubbles to learn from them. Then I tried a few times to find the easiest way to make it look realistic yet simplified. Unfortunately I don’t think I still have the references. But I hope this helped❤️
Thank you for posting this video, I am 63 yrs old and have struggled with free-hand art all my life. This video will aid in trying to produce the results that you have demonstrated.
Beautiful work. I just found your channel. I can copy this okay and I'm pleased with the result but is there a rule to learn about where the light reflects? In graphite it is simple. Shadow here, reflection there etc. Does it matter where the colours go and where they are faint or bright? Even where to put the bright flashes? I have looked but can't see a pattern to it. Sorry, but I like to be able to do my own bubbles and not to copy from others. I can be a real geek about formula and wanting to know why things are a certain way. Please give me a link to begin to understand this lovely technique. Thank you so much.
