🥚Egg puffs recipe below👇🏼 Ingredients For the filling : 🔸2 hard boiled eggs ( for 4 egg puffs) 🔸Oil for cooking ( I used sunflower oil) 🔸Butter - Half tablespoon 🔸Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon 🔸1 Onion - finely sliced 🔸Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon 🔸1 Tomato - finely chopped 🔸1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves - chopped 🔸Salt, to taste 🔸Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon 🔸Chili powder - 1 tablespoon 🔸Coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon 🔸Chicken masala - 1/2 tablespoon (optional) Instructions Prepare the filling : 🔸Heat oil in a pan and add the butter 🔸Add cumin seeds and saute 🔸Add onions and salt, and saute until golden 🔸Add ginger garlic paste, and cook until fragrant 🔸Add tomatoes, and cook until soft 🔸Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and chicken masala, cook for a few minutes until the spices are well incorporated and aromatic (Add some water to avoid burning) 🔸Add coriander leaves and mix well (Remove from heat and let it cool) Assemble the Puffs: 🔸Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square. 🔸Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and sprinkle a light dusting of pepper powder over the eggs and place half an egg on top of the filling. 🔸Fold the pastry over to cover the filling and seal the edges by pressing them together. Bake: 🔸Place the puffs on the Air fryer tray or Baking tray. 🔸Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each puff for a golden finish. 🔸Set temperature to 200 degrees, and air fry for 20 minutes. 🔸Let cool slightly and serve warm with hot coffee or tea🫖☕️ Enjoy your crispy egg puffs!
