Hi friends 🫶🏻 Welcome to my channel ♡ My name is Vanessa and I'm a uni student based in Australia x On my channel I love filming uni and lifestyle (travel, fashion, weekly etc) vlogs. These are two big parts of my life so I hope you enjoy and subscribe x ♡
How do you edit your videos?? They are so aesthetic and pleasing to watch. I've already taken admission in Monash and I'll soon be arriving on 8th July so I'm pretty nervous about it but excited as well :>
tysm ! I began on imovie but also use fcp:) congrats!! 🥳 very normal to feel nervous! the campus is really nice and I definitely recommend getting involved with uni events and activities
Hey, I love your videos but can I ask you some questions? I'm thinking of getting into Monash uni in Biomed as well and as a international student, do I have to take Isat or entrance exams? Any tips for it? Thank you so so much!
hi ! I don’t know the exact requirements for international students sorry !! but I’m sure monash’s enrolment page will have some info, sorry I couldn’t be of more help x
@@vanessafranco5169 thank you soooo much! Can you tell me a bit about the subjects you have to learn while learning Biomed? Like anatomy, etc... Luv you and your videos so much!
yes sure! biomed covers a huge range of subjects that all relate to the body and health, i.e. biophysics, biochem, anatomy, physiology, public health etc. I really like how the subjects are staggered as well! each year builds and links to other subjects and years so you end up with a really well rounded idea of concepts and knowledge x
Hello, could you give me some advice please. At the moment I have a choice whether to enroll in Monash's data science course or not. Do you recommend this university? And if so, how is it different from others?
hi! I think the workload is quite heavy but manageable all the same, especially if you underload! (at times it’ll be heavier in the semester than at other times) and overall a pretty good experience :)
hi hi ! no lockers, i just carry everything i need around :) some tips: - join a club or society to meet people - make time b/w classes to grab coffee or food w people (easier to spread classes across a few days than all in one - also makes a long day easier to get through!) - use a platform or diary to balance your work, deadlines, job, extra curricular etc x
Hey Vanessa!! Love your videos ❤ Btw, how do you find the experience of studying Law at Monash? I'm considering starting there in Semester One next year, so I'd love to hear your thoughts.
ty! i don't really have much to compare it to but i enjoy the structure and course content. it's very content heavy and can be dry at times but i think that's a universal law degree thing :)
hi vanessa! i love your vlogs. it's gotten me excited to study in melbourne. do you live in melbourne city? i will be studying in monash clayton campus next year. would you know how long it would take to get to monash by train from the cbd? also, are you a full time student?
hi! ty ☺️ it depends what public transport you take and whereabouts in the city so i recommend google mapping to estimate the time! also i am a full time student x
ty! i'm currently doing a double degree in biomed & law (kinda heavy 😅), not too sure where I want to go with it but happy to explore the options available and my interests :)
