It feels a bit odd to hear his videos with narration but I think it helps. I've known several people with vision problems that have a hard time reading subtitles, especially the ones that pop up for only .05 seconds.
Try freezing them before you throw them in the oil. Get amazing results with it. We do it where I work at a fish and chips place. We serve home made potato chips as a snack, sell like crazy and get a better result with them being frozen as they keep their shape.

I have whipped alvacado with lime juice and pipped it from a bag. While not the same as cut pieces. It still comes out great and you pipe as much as you want on each one of them. Plus you are not worried about not getting enough in each roll.

It was all good until 7:42 when he pulled out cream cheese, that’s literally vile in sushi, all it needs is rice and seaweed, maybe cucumber, but not really, cream cheese is truly disgusting
cream cheese is actually a very popular choice and a delicacy in sushi especially in US and is very popular it isn't vile to put cream cheese on sushi especially when other people enjoy it even outside of US
