UK based RU-vidr who has an interest in arcade machines, feel free to check out my videos and subscribe if you enjoy them, I would greatly appreciate it :D
So who do you give a lot of your wins too ? I personally only play them to give to my grankids but I believe like arcade Matt he gives them away or sell them is that what you do or give to kids hospitals?
I own a couple of claw machines so I mainly just put my wins in them, sometimes if I'm having a clear out of old stuff it gets sold or given to charity.
I've played a ticket crane like that one a month and there's a trick to that. Since the claw didn't close all the way it's best to aim for ones laying flat so you can get the Claw completely around the ring and increase your chances of winning a ticket ring And another great episode of Claw Trek
@@CaptianNamco I found it easier on most of them to grab the middle rather than the full ring, it would probably rig if you grabbed it full whereas the way I did it, it can drop late resulting in overpay
@@McPizzaPerson that's amazing and very interesting now the one I played in Journey To The Chesterfield Missouri Claw Machine it seemed weak and didn't close all the way which was unfortunate every place is different :)
They were very rare here, I've seen a handful in the UK, the most famous example being in Skegness. Unfortunately like most of the others that one has been scrapped :( The only known one still operating in the UK is at Weston Supermare however it is set to prize every time.
@@McPizzaPerson your doing pretty good here I think this is probably a record for ya me I I have my own machine but it’s a super mini claw machine that would be neat to see pop up in the uk that would be cool
@@SteRiskE I went to a local target whilst I was here and didn’t see any machines, I did find some Sugarloaf claw machines at Meijer and Walmart however.
The thing is with pinnacles they do run on payout rates with various strengths plush bus machines are the same way here in the states the machine you’re playing is actually a toy shoppe claw machine but with it being in a meijer location it’s owned by sugarloaf or better known as National Entertainment Network who was bought out by a company called Kiddleton and at the mall location it’s a Smart Industries plush bus machine great video keep up the amazing work
@@CaptianNamco yeah given ICE machines are capable of rigging I’d imagine some Plush Buses and Pinnacles over there will be rigged. One Plush Bus I was playing at Cedar Point seemed skill or very high payout as I won from it multiple times. I did find a Toy Shoppe with its original marquee (will be featured in a later episode)
The silver machines weren't manufactured by Skeeball, they where manufactured by Nickels & Dimes inc. Its actually not one machine but 3 connected. Theres units with 3 claws, 2 claws & a string cutter aswell as 2 claws & a stackers. The "be a winner" sound comes from the stackers but will cut the claws audio as all the speakers are connected together. Are you planning to visit the U.S again? I have several arcades which Im sure you'll enjoy
I see pros and cons to both arcades at Cedar Point, the main one has a lot of different styles and manufacturers while the other one is all one brand but the payouts are much much higher
You would be surprised to how easy machines can be here in the USA welcome to the USA I hope you get some amazing wins on your journey here I hope you enjoy your time here keep up the amazing work
@@McPizzaPerson (credit display says 1 play and the money display says 0.50 on an e claw) hope you get to play on the pinnacle machine and the grey claw machine with no name
