Love my Vanilla protein coffee. 1.)Chock Full of Nuts Vanilla coffee 2.)Add Orgain Vanilla protein powder 3.) Collagen Powder…stir stir stir (I don’t always use milk, still tastes creamy) - yum - I keep stirring as I drink it, it’s part of the ritual.
I'd previously used the first recipe and yielded about three dozen protein balls (of course adjusted by a higher volume of ingredients). I did it again today, but didn't feel like all the extra work of rolling them into balls so I spread them out onto a sheet to cut into squares. Next, I may try substituting monk fruit for the honey.
I made these today only I forgot to whip the eggs because I had only written down the ingredients and forgot the instructions. So my batter was very runny, but I added some low carb flour to thicken and it made wonderful high protein pancakes anyway! Thank you! Keeping them in my breakfast rotation! (and thinking about chocolate ones...😆

I made a cold protein coffee using three ingredients.. 1. home-made cold brew coffee, 2. Vanilla whey protein powder, 3. peanut butter powder (pb fit).

Oats have phylates and unless they’re soaked and rinsed, it will interfere with the absorption of zinc, calcium and other minerals. Otherwise, it looks delicious!
