I’m glad you finally moved! I know ALL ABOUT sleeping problems I have them as well… I also have medicine to help but I try to avoid taking them too. It seems your problem is not staying asleep or not falling asleep? What I do is: - try to cut off stuff with caffeine like Diet Coke, tea, coffee, etc. at least 2-3h before sleep - don’t exercise too late - eat a light meal for dinner and not too late - avoiding screen before going to sleep (computers, mobile, tablet) and read instead - if i can’t fall sleep, instead of turning around in my bed, I usually get up, make myself some warm herbal tea (not caffeinated though) or warm milk, sit down in the living room, and wait 20 min before trying again - no aggressive white lights in the house on the evenings but rather use more soft, diffused warm lights - avoid stress (easier said than done I know www) You mentioned trying out supplements, have you tried melatonin? It’s a natural hormone the body releases when you go to sleep so its not chemical, it might help. In my case it didn’t help www but you could try? It might work for you! Anyway I’m sure now that you moved and you feel better where you live now, you’ll start to feel relaxed and things will go accordingly. Thank you for your comment! I really appreciate it 🥺 yes, my problem is starting asleep. I usually wake up at 4 or 5am no matter what time I go to bed. I tired melatonin before but it didn’t really work for me however, I didn’t really make an effort as much as you do. I was so impressed! I will try taking some warm milk :) I know sleeping issue is sucks, but really hope you (and me😜 ) get better! Stay positive! Thank you

Cute glass French~~ Glad you got out of that house! I understand having trouble showing emotion, it’s the same for me… it takes time to say things you wanna say on the spot, and not think ‘I should’ve said that’ later. Same for affection, sometimes it’s hard. I hope we can both do better one day 💪🏻
