Dang I wish I saw this before. I was on the wrestling team in 2010 or 11 I believe and did Muay Thai as well at revolution mma. I miss it this is legit! Training was almost torture for me but had a great outcome. I lost 30ish pound with y’all in under 2 months to 205lbs.

Abby Ziemer Malone Ok thats the reason. I thought you were maybe 22 or 23. Most people I know who start Judo do this as Kids and allmost all BJJ practicioners I know started in their puberty or later.
There are Jiu Jitsu players I like more than Robson; based on the style of their jiu jitsu and how it matches my game ( Roger and Caio) . But I have to say Robson has bar none the most elegant jiu jitsu on the planet. Everytime he rolls everything just looks so.. cohesive.
That guard position was good. but when you hip out it is like the spider guard. Can you show us how to get out of a spider guard if your opponent is in control of you?
Hi I am a BJJ black-belt also, I think that it would be a good idea to show people how to tighten the pants and tell them what to do with the strings. My students have many different methods of how to tie the pants. Would you please show me your way of doing it!!
Outstanding technique. I love the way Robson states "it's saved my life like a bunch of times." I can't even imagine this guy being in a bad situation on the mat!! So humble and so damn good at what he does, a great combination for sure.
