Love broccoli! Going to try this with some plant-based milk and veggie stock as I have a family history of Cancer and need to avoid the estrogen in dairy and Lead (Pb) in meat/bone broths. Thanks for posting
I’m glad you put the broth back in. That was where all the nutrients in the vegetables went to. ESPECIALLY the broccolis nutritional content. I’m not 100% sure why you separated it to begin with. You think you could make cauliflower and cheese soup doing it the same way, but just adding some cheddar cheese?
