This song fits him so well. Not just on one side tho. He doesn't belong really on the Hogwarts side due to his parents, forced to become a death eater. But he also doesn't fit in Voldemort's side due to not having that "evilness" inside to him, he couldn't kill Dumbledore and he even started crying that he accidently killed a bird when trying out the vanishing cabinet. He's very conflicted which really brings out that complex side of him which I love.
he didn't cry because he killed the bird it was he failed and the spell to get them in thought the bird probably made him sad but he was running out of time and if he didn't get it done he'd get hurt or killed by voldemort and i agree he didn't belong on either sie tis really sad when you think of it
