You're the problem. People move to Seattle from overpopulated areas all around the world to come and make babies. They're not leaving their problems, they're just bringing them with them. If you want to do something good for your region, go back to where you came from.
Yeah, Renton has bad crimes now you’re not safe there anymore. You should be able not to lock your door. You can’t do that anymore. People drag racing down the street into broken into people getting shot.
Yes, some areas of Renton are affected by issues you've mentioned. However, I don't think thats the case across the while area of Renton, which is very big. The street races have been around forever (I actually remember them taking place every weekend, over 10 years ago - sounds like they still are an issue). That's mainly down the hospital hill, close to 167, etc. Many residential areas of Renton are excellent though, and it's a great area to call home.

Apparently making YT videos like this is the new fad for underemployed douche bag real estate agents. One of the most useless classes of human on the planet (only beaten out by the developers destroying everything they touch for money).
lol. sorry. this one was just a teaser listing video. I am making it a priority to film more full length video tours - should have 2 new ones coming out in the coming weeks.
You're the problem. You want to draw people from overpopulated place around the world to come and make babies. The high prices, crime and lower quality of life is a direct result of overpopulation. If you want to help your region, go back to where you came from.

🌿Thank you for sharing this informative video showcasing some of Seattle's suburbs. I'd love to see you explore Mill Creek in a future video - our 'master planned' city features top-rated schools, 23 miles of private hiking trails, and a range of resort-style amenities, including a tennis club, swim club, Country Club, and an excellent golf course. With a strong focus on safety and community with a 25 mph speed limit and a restriction on campers and parked cars, Mill Creek offers a unique blend of recreation, convenience, and tranquility. The non-rush hour travel time to South Lake Union (SLU) in Seattle and to Amazon in Bellevue is only 23-26 minutes, and sharing very similar commuting times with Sammamish and Issaquah. Discover Mill Creek! 🏡
Yes, it would be fun to do a video featuring Mill Creek - it's a wonderful community indeed. And I love the golf course there! Thank you for watching, for taking the time to leave a comment, and for this great suggestion!
Yes, I can certainly do that. Thank you for the great suggestion. Perhaps I will plan out and film a "top 5 areas to buy where home prices are under $1M" or something along those lines.
Great location. Next to everything and only a few minutes to highway 5. I walk by this building every day. Currently, there is some major construction going on at the base of this building. I’ll ask one of the construction workers if the tennis court will remain. Beautiful condominium. Initially this condo was being sold for $12.8 million dollars!! In comparison it’s an excellent buy now. Update: The security guard said the tennis court is also being renovated and is remaining. The security guard has been working here for over five years and also says that the HOA is top notch and everyone is very kind. I work at the Swedish hospital about a block away and have been interested in purchasing a condo here because of the location. Perhaps I’ll buy this one!!
Thank you so much for the comment, and for the update. It's the only building in Seattle with a full size tennis court, so it's great to know that it will remail. Yes, if you work at Swedish, the location could not be more convenient! A walking commute to work would be a dream!
Yes, it's been on the market for quite some time now. The luxury condo market in Seattle has been fairly slow. It is a spectacular unit, thought, even thought the HOA dues are super high.
Yes, I agree. Both Ballard and West Seattle are great areas, especially if you work in Seattle. It's not too bad to get to the city from those, but a bit more of a challenging commute if you work further out (or on the east side).

Longtime resident. Nice to hear nice things about Bellevue, but it's not quite as nice as presented here. I was hoping to hear/learn real life facts. Commute times are trafficky and much longer. The train is useless in city unless ur a big walker. There's constant roadwork and construction. The city is way more crowded and way less shiny clean than pics. Average incomes are much less, along with in city jobs. Entertainment venues are almost non existent, but loads of bars and eateries. Crime is increasing. Lots of parks, but very small. There are a fair amount of homes below qouted average, but not by much. Utility prices are crazy high. The seasons do have extreme temps, home ac is rare, and it rains 9 months out of 12. It's not a really bad place to live, but is in the midst of severe growing pains, questionable city management, and just not what is presented here. Do your own research before dropping major bucks.
I can appreciate your feedback and opinion, especially as a long time resident. The city is definitely going through many growing pains… it’s still a very desirable place to live, which ultimately is the cause of the said growing pains - many people are moving here and city is challenged trying to keep up with the influx of growing population. I still believe it’s a great place for those that can afford it, and need to be close to Seattle and/or other major employers. If one does not need to be here for work, then you could certainly argue that there are many other places further out to consider living, that offer more “bang for your buck.” Thank you for watching and taking the time to share your opinion- I really appreciate it and it’s helpful for many!
The problem with this top 5 list is that these are the most expensive real estate market even higher than Seattle. The median housing prices are unattainable for most people. Should consider other cities like Renton, Federal Way, and Kent.
Hey Kevin - I completely agree with you. Those are the most expensive areas, but also offer best schools, closest proximity to major employment hubs, etc. But Renton, Federal Way, Kent (and many others) are also excellent options. I have done videos on some of them... and perhaps I should create another video for "Best cities with housing under $X" - that would give people more options. I appreciate you watching and taking the time to leave a comment - and giving me a great idea for future content!

Love Issaquah!!!! I live here myself… Probably one of my favorite places around, due to convenience to everything and the beautiful nature. I did not know that Gilman was part of the freeway.
@@dariuscincys Indeed.. Issaquah had only 1200 people back then and Gilman had a few motels, diners and the Greyhound station.. And there were no traffic lights.. Just some stop signs here and there in the whole town. It was great back then..unlike today where it's a traffic congested mess 16 hours a day.
