Thank you for making this concert happen! As I sit reflecting on the BEFORE DUSK concert we hosted this past weekend, my heart is filled with so much love and gratitude. It still feels surreal that more than 40 of my dearest friends and artists showed up to celebrate our incredible friendship, shared paths, and new beginnings with music and art at the cozy, magical, and warm Clarion Performing Arts Center in the heart of San Francisco. ❤ Right before the Golden Gate glowed with the sunset, we gathered and immersed ourselves in the sounds and stories of Jazz, Poetry, and Opera, in 7 languages across 4 continents. 🎭 Each of the 15 selected songs recounted tales of love, dreams, and courage that have inspired me and will continue to push me forward. It was truly a collective tribute to the city that has been the canvas and soundtrack of our shared memories and my musical metamorphosis. 🦋 While I am still deciding which country or continent I'll be moving to next, you all already know where I left my heart - in the city where we all raised our voices together for that special encore, "I Left My Heart in San Francisco." 🌉 Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this happen, and moreover, thank you for being so generous in supporting the vision of the Honolulu Mailman as both a musical project and a creative identity. Jazz at its highest degree 99.9 musical Fahrenheit so hot could feel and hear the melodious sounds and rhythms on the lush velvet green mountain trails in Napa! Peeked out the window and saw the sheep’s,cows donkeys,and horses be- bopping to the groove and vibration of it all!!! Drums,horns,stand up base,and the panthe😢r like hand movements being played on the ivory keys of the piano had the humming birds tweaking from branch to branch!!! Excellent concert, sweet vibe,great atmosphere, San Francisco top rated individual Jazz musicians of the highest Fahrenheit 101 degrees!
