GAMES! GAMES! GAMES! Here you will only find long playthroughs broken down into parts, I do not play quick games and am only interested in storylines, gameplay and as much realism as I can possible achieve.
@@Revo2011 Asking someone to repeat last transmission - “say again last” Repeating what you just said - “say again” Saying “Repeat” on military radios is dangerous especially if you have artillery or air support in the area (which is ironically one of the biggest objective in this mission) When you say “Repeat” you’re asking for the artillery or air support to do their last fire mission. If you have friendlies trying to take same objective you run the risk of killing them. I do miss Operation Flashpoint and for some gamers this was their introduction to ultra realistic milsim games. This mistake will usually go unnoticed by most gamers but it’s a glaring mistake for military types lol
One thing I realised after a few playthroughs is that this game is largely focused around the main supply route (MSR). Personally, I could play 10 missions plus just taking on the insurgency.
Ahaha I know right! My performance on this mission wasn't great. The team wasn't holding the PLA back whilst I co-ordinated an organised fall back and I got flustered looking for the fall back order and now not even sure there is one lol, might be mixing Dragon Rising with Red River.
With red river i feel they just made a call of duty clone masked as a tactical shooter although dragon rising was amazing it was very restructive with map editing and mods
@@rayperson4 Man, I couldn't have said that better myself. Dragon Rising was so immersive, the available equipment and the order wheel was so in-depth. I just wanted overall command of the battlefield and all friendly AI units.
Good God after playing the new COD campaign I long for games made like this again. Also, the main bald dude voices general shepherd in the new COD game.
They really don't make em like this anymore, I've heard how much COD MW3 is such a flop and from what I have seen, I have to agree.....Oh damn, it sure is him, didn't pick up on that until you brought it to my attention.
Appreciate the advice, I'm just cataloguing all my games from old to new, once completed I will get rid of all games and consoles and put that chapter of my life to rest.
I always enjoyed how scrappy and 'barebones' this mission could be. Aside from the SMAW you are a basic grunt with a basic rifle and limited ammo in a playground of smoke and debris
