Oh no this is just a reason, or at least a personal headcanon, he’s still an awful person. His character is evil, vengeful and determined. I like to imagine he had a reason for what he did, but it never justifies it. Murder is murder, there is no good excuse for it

I love how you portray William and how he was trapped in his own mind and how the pressure from everyone else made his mind even harder to escape leading to his actions I feel William isnt the bad guy, it was everyone else pressuring him...
nice you did a great job just that ... william is not gay. the books show that william does not kill him because he is crazy but for his experiments.the reason why he is obsessed and jealous of henry is because he is the only friend he has probably ever had. introverted and has a lot of repressed anger probably for his childhood and adolescence. in fact he opens kolto with henry because they are both introverted people and they share a passion for robotics. if it's your version ok but I want to clarify that the reasons are not true by william
I know William isn’t canonly gay but fnaf is based before gay marriage was legal. If he was gay the likely chance is he would have had to hide it for his business with Henry to be successful. Which is why I theorise they both got married to women to hide their relationship. Sure it’s not canon but oh well

So in the parts where it looks like he’s wearing prison clothes it’s because this animatic is based on the concept of William getting arrested and confessing why he murdered the kids
