This is very good for me I learned show new things, and this really helps me because I can't go outside during the snow so this is a very very good workout and conditioning.Thank you So Much HoppsFit for helping me out today.
Lol I just randomly worked out with a basketball this morning thinking I made up a weird workout cause I missed basketball 🏀 from when I was a kid 😅 I'm gonna try this one tomorrow 🫡 makes it fun at least. 😂
thank you! my 200 lb 6 year old son has an amazing time doing this! Even though he is very tired after all of it, he has way more stamina while playing!
This workout is perfect! Its exactly what I was looking for.. but I am a bit of a noob. I've never worked out consistently in my life, but I did grow up playing basketball, so because I'm not sure where to start with my exercise routine and regimen, I wanted something along the lines that hoopers would use. My question for anyone reading, (please Hoopsfit) is, can I do this workout in the mornings, everyday for conditioning on top of whatever workout routine I add in later in the day? Like upper body, chest, legs, etc. or would it be too much strain on the body? For example: Wake up in the morning and do this everyday... and in the evening; do whatever workout routine I have set up; whether legs, upper body, etc. please let me know.. I'm looking to start in a few days
Will this actually improve my basketball range and other stuff like that what is the science behind these workouts to help me shoot better or shoot from deeper? I would love to know

Lol I'm year late for this vid. Glad I found it tho. New sub. I am going to use this exercise everyday so I can make my school's basketball team next year
@@beaufeatherston8620 Well it conditions your body and makes u stronger. And some of the exercises he uses with the ball helps ball handling. But for what I'm doing right now to get better in basketball is doing in game speed practice.
@@YaBoiZac30 Thanks I was curious because I want to get better at basketball and other stuff and just wanted to know if this would actually improve my skills or not
