People done realize this car came with a very mild standard engine.max power at 4600 rpm with hi po factory parts it made 410hp the same parts most hi po factory engines came with ,it weighted 3150 lbs .do the math folks....

First car was a 1970 GTX with a Super Commando 440 (that wasn't even mentioned). Disappointing video as there were a lot of Mopars that WEREN'T GTX's.

You are clearly too young to have experienced these cars or else your narration would not have nearly as much negativity. The Buick Special was much nicer than you make it out to be. One of the main advantages of driving any of the Buicks, including the Special, was the beautiful smooth ride.

I was 12 years old newspaper delivery boy in 1961. One of my customers was an eccentric old man who had an amazing life story. For example, he flew in WW1 with Lawrence of Arabia (and had photos to prove it). Anyhow, he had an old Hudson in his garage, and it had what looked like bamboo or an Asian reed as the dashboard covering material. Does anybody know about that? Thanks
