Dude I can't believe I found this after all these years. I watched this like everyday as a little boy to be inspired to "move along" to my adult years with poise... Boy I could have told myself I wouldn't do it with poise but I'd learn a whole lot more this way! Any little awkward kid who feels hopeless in this world finds this song just know one day you'll look back and realize you made it in the crazy overly difficult world! Keep strong and remember to move along everyone!
It is december 2023, this is the first time I've seen this in over 10 years, I feel like I'm back in elementary school watching these amv's on the school computers with headphones that only worked half the time. Simpler times, better times.
When I was five I really really really loved two things, my grandmother and Bionicle. She lived with me and my mother and helped us through an extremely difficult time. She passed away later that year, but not after letting me have her old work laptop which I used to obsessively watch reviews of new Bionicle sets and other videos like that. The day after she passed I came across this video, and as the story goes I watched it on loop for at least a week. It became the first song I knew all the lyrics to, when I heard it on the radio I was stunned to learn that it was -in fact- not created just for this video. I haven't heard the song or seen the video in at least twelve years. I'm very glad to learn that it's still here, and that it has miraculously effected other people as much as its effected me.
ah yes, back in when I was in grade 6, I went back from my class, took a shower, then hopped in and played this on RU-vid. I did it regularly like eating dinner lol. But after 2 years. I lost my interest in LEGO and so this video. But now I am here again. listening to this. As I grew up my ,taste has changed a lot and I've got to say, this is the best fan music video that still holds up til this day. The visual just really fits with the music and it makes me think this thing was actually an Bionicle archive video made by LEGO. In a word, masterpiece
