Thanks for taking the time to make this video it helped me fix the problem. There’s a pretty heavy duty metal clamp on the rubber hose and a pair of small long nose pliers enabled me to loosen it and slip the hose off. Reverse to re-attach.
I had to drain my drivers side plug. You have to take the driver's side wheel off, take off some bolts to take off half of the inside cover. You then find the drain plug. A lot of water came out of mine. Then I clean inside (it was a lot of dirt clogging it, not allowing for water to drain). You can videos of how to do it. Hope this helps.
Yes I do too water came out and it was cold most of the time but one day I was driving with sandals on I made a right turn and the water come out scolding hot on the side where the gas and brake pedals are needless to say my right foot got burned.
I have same problem. In addition somethings overheat when i drive low speed. Outside thermometer which displayed 47-48 fahrenheit your car displays more than 15 c° hot from real temprature.
2015 AUDI A3 SAME ISSUE!! DO NOT KEEP ATTEMTPING TO START/DRIVE THE CAR. IF THE CAR IS MISFIRING DO NOT DRIVE IT. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH AUDI. THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP ONTOP OF THE ENGINE IS BAD CREATING FUEL RAIL PRESSURE TO LOW, REPLACE THE PUMP AND CAMSHAFT FOLLOWER OR ELSE YOU WILL NEED A NEW CAMSHAFT AS WELL AS NEW CYLINDER HEADS, ESPECIALLY IF YOY KEEP DRIVING IT WITH A MALFUCTIONING HPFP AND WORN CAM FOLLOWER
I get low pressure faults but it doesn't die if I accelerate. the rpms go up but it doesn't go faster. after a while it becomes more responsive but its sluggish.
