I was 154. Started working out and eating 4000 calories per day protein shakes included. Got up to 185 in 4 months then scaled down to 2800-3200 calories clean eating after that to maintain and build muscle. It’s super easy to get swole a lot of people just don’t know the formula.

I’m 16 6,4 and 64kg with 15% bodyfat I started off the gym at 54kg last year and I was thinking of Lean bulking to 80kg then cutting to 75 kg where Id be around 11.8% bodyfat so would this be a bad idea and if so what would you recommend instead ?

Eat in a caloric surplus but make sure you do some form of cardio/sports next 4 years lean bulk and you should never be above 15%

For 3 years of my life I was demon oppressed. Nothing could get it out until Jesus Christ removed multiple demons from me. It’s people reading this that could be dealing with demonic oppression and things that they know aren’t natural . Jesus Christ is the way and the healer and the fixer of all our life. Jesus gives Life. I called out to other gods and nothing took it away until I called out to Jesus and he gave me an encounter with Him and His Spirit. He is the only way. I see demons casted out of people, the sick healed, and now the LORD has blessed me to start doing deliverances. Honestly, its real even if we want to believe it or not. God bless you all if any of you are going through anything look up the RROC deliverances with Richard Lorenzo Jr and he does mass dileverances over youtube on thursdays. You will feel the Holy Spirit! Repent, it will set you free. Jesus is real and the Son of God, Son of man, and God the Son! Hallelujah and God Bless you all in Jesus name. If your wondering why theres still no peace as far as you go and as high as you seek its because the peace and fulfillment your looking for only comes from God! We’re lucky because that peace we’re looking for God wants to give to us! And He given His Word to us to show you how to get to Him and receive His peace. And that peace is Jesus Christ. God bless you all and I pray I can inspire some faith in one of you today and show you the God who leads us out of brokenness and darkness! Amen!

eh? For me a scrawny guy was at about 150 lbs in age 21. Fast forward to when I began dirty bulking a whole year from age 27 to about near 29. I stopped and gained a whopping 10 lb! A lot was excess body fat but I gained a lot on my bicep and my leg! I went from 1900 to eating 4000 calories. I dropped it down to 3000 in my cut. I ate a lot of pasta so... that's why!

Try liquid calories instead because it's good for bulking and stuff like that and you would still have space in your stomach to eat some real foods

Hey bro I have a question. I just went from walking everywhere every day ro getting a car so I've realised that I need to find a different way to work out. How can I stay fit while having a car? I intend to do other things I just want to make sure that I stay really fit.

Same happened to me your metabolism will adapt to less activity during the day. So i would say get your steps in minimum 3k a day

@@ptaiden Ok would running on a treadmill 3 KMs a day work? I do work out 5 times a week I just want to make sure that I don't gain weight. I guess eating better could help too. I think I will do that as well as take your advice. Also how do you get stuff done while working out? How do you balance it and make sure that you are not too tired to do other stuff? I have noticed that sometimes that I misuse my energy in that way. What's your advice dude?

Im an hectomorph, meaning its very hard for me to put on weight. But I figured if I just ate a shit ton of good foods with high calories I would get bigger and I did! And your video very well describes exactly what happened to me too so good looking b🫶🏻🤘🏻

I'm losing weight and weighed myself after 10 days from my last weigh in. The scale that measure everything stated ive gained 1kgs of muscle since my last check in. Omg its true I can see definition in my shoulders, thighs and abs. Ive done resistance training alternative days. Goodluck

Eat at maintenance calories and make sure to do things that burn calories. Start swimming, walk more, start biking to places, things like that. You'll be shredded mate

5000 is way too many calories for the average person even a 6’+ person only needs <4000 kcal for 1kg weight gain per week, anything more is only fat which is okay but you’ll need to cut the fat out with a recomposition later. 3000-3600 is what you should aim for weight gain at the height of 5’11
