Islam is coming from the Middle Eastern tradition and has been maturing over a much shorter (1500 yeas) time span. Hinduism (Sanatana) on the other hand is from a much more ancient, Eastern theological & philosophical tradition (at least 6000 years). You don’t need to declare that you believe in a God, Allah, or any other God: you can remain “undecided” for as long as you like. Take your time; enjoy the festivals and festivities, and social bonding. The basic principles are just two: (a) You are responsible for your karma and (b) Do good, help and support others - and DO NOT harm, hinder or hurt others.❤❤🕉✡☪✝🕎
