There are aspects of the layout that are very nice. But on the whole, bad design and layout. There are too many staircases going up and down. Could have been spectacular, but fell short.
I agree David. The tour should be about 20 minutes. Also what you said about the split level owner’s cabin does remind me of the Benetti you mentioned at the beginning.

What qualifies you to be a qualified buyer? I would think it would be sold to anyone who had the money to buy it. I understand financial checks would be required. I know money laundering is a big business. 🙂
Solar assisted NOT solar powered.... with large lithium battery banks and 2 petroleum fueled generators also. The range in battery and solar power is short. You should not mislead people. This in an incredible yacht but selling it by making false statements is dishonest. Possibly the wealthy who would buy this vessel are gullible or stupid and would believe the bs you're spreading.

I feel this is too angular. It’s not a warm feeling. Should feel like a home rather than a hotel room. You know? I don’t mind hard angular hotel rooms because it’s just a temporary visit, but to own it? Nope. I want a home.

So they’re not through hulls they’re enormous holes in the boat. At least a through-hull I can check for corrosion and it’s obvious when it’s leaking. These things are the size of dinner plates with more bolts than I would really like to trust, each one a new potential point of failure…. Don’t know why this man is boasting, I’d be terrified.
Beautiful concept. As a marine engineer I'm also going what a nightmare. All the seals that are going to leak . All the Little electric servos that are going to break, I did not see one sliding glass door securing mechanism. This is a nice yacht , but it would need to be gone through by some experienced sailing passage makers to make lots of changes. Hard corners on tables and counters are a big no no . Everything needs to be rounded. I also did not see any grab rails or just plain something to steady yourself in a seaway in the main salon. ugh.
