This is the video page for Front Row Concert Photos.
In the mid-1980s, Chris Deutsch published Front Row magazine in Denver, and did photography for a variety of other publications. His portfolio includes many great bands and performers at the peak of their careers: Van Halen, Kiss, Bon Jovi, U2, Iron Maiden & Elton John. Chris also photographed other performers like Motley Crue, Scorpions, Whitney Houston and Cyndi Lauper when they were just getting started. Sometimes there were surprises, such as when a relatively unknown band named Metallica opened for Ozzy Osbourne. There were also less well known but equally interesting performers like Yngwie Malmsteen, Will Sexton and Jello Biafra to name just a few. Please click on the "Photo Gallery" link to see these shots.
These videos vary in quality quite a bit. Some are edited, some are not. They range from fan shot/far away to photo pit/close up. Each captures a favorite song, and a favorite moment. Enjoy!

Why would you pay money to go see this. No offense, but the singer doesn’t look like he cares. You gotta pretend like you’re earning my money rather than just stand up there and say, is it over yet
Joes lost the power in his voice which is normal. So many 80's guys who sang high with power can't do it anymore. Like all of us when we're young we over do it & pay for it when we get old. He sounded like he was whispering the high parts. He sounds good on the low parts though.Glad I saw them in 83.
