Sexuality David Cassidy said his father was bisexual, citing personal accounts and reports, both anecdotal and published, of his father's same-sex affairs, something neither he nor his siblings knew until after their father's death.[11] In her 2013 memoir, Shirley Jones wrote that Cassidy had many same-sex affairs, including one with Cole Porter.[12]
NOT that there is anything wrong with it, but was Jack Cassidy gay or at least bi? Like Paul Lynde and a couple others from that era, my "gaydar" goes up big time with him. I read the excellent book "Pete Duel- A Biography" by Paul Green and Jack asked Pete Duel to have a foursome with him, his wife (who refused) and Pete's girlfriend included. Shirley Jones, in her memoir, mentioned that Pete was proud of Shirley (whom he had the hots for) by standing by her principals in her refusal, but the point remains: Jack had to be gay or bi, right?
He definitely suffered from bipolar as i have it and i know the mood swings are difficult to deal with. Luckily i take meds for it and constructive way of dealing with it.
Attaching IQ to life decisions is foolish nonsense. Lots of very intelligent people can't open a can of beans, even if they can memorize all the ingredients.
It was. Jack's life might have been very different had he taken the role of Ted Baxter which I believe was offered to him before Ted Knight. He could have achieved the stardom he longed for with that role.
@@jv-ep2tcI think that's true, but years ago I read David's autobiography and he stated in the book that Jack had been offered that role but turned it down.
