Me too I remember for six months I worked like a dog and slept like a horse I would fall asleep in the van every night on the way home from work. But it toughened me up, and advise from old school Irish men served me well. We lost a lot of men because of drink nowadays it’s drugs and the English comes to Ireland to work. The English man is a fine man as well and welcome amongst us.
I live in spain I'm 63 and work 5hours a day in heat as high as 37 degrees gardening mainly on steep slopes but this is a walk in the park compared to the Romanian boys who live over the road who have been working 12 hours a day 7 days a week for the last 4 months and that's probably a stroll on the beach compared to workers in third world countries ...🏗🧱🌍⏰

Away to much paper work today to .any control frizks trying to slow things down main thing is communication is lost and their seems to b a care free attitude
Where are they now? I was in London in 1987- 1994, Germany netherlands, the usa and now thailand. 60 years old,once you hit the road you can endbup any where.
