He created the heavens without pillars that you see, and He placed stabilizers on earth lest it shakes with you, and He scattered throughout it every kind of creature. And We sent down water from the sky, and We caused every noble pair to grow therein. This is Allah’s creation. Now show me what those besides Him created. In fact, the unjust are clearly lost. I have never played Fortnite, so I googled the theme and, yeah, that does seem to be it with some occasional variations. Looks like Fortnite came out originally in 2017 with the music being credited to Canadian composer Rom Di Prisco. The tunnel opened in 2020 with this music being credited to Faroese composer Jens L. Thomsen. Of course, I have no way of knowing if there is any kind of legal arrangement behind the scenes. Also, for all I know, the ambient bed is from a sample library that both composers had legal access to. All I can say for certain, is that is what was being broadcast in the tunnel when we drove through it last year. Thanks for bringing that up. variations. Another nice one Bill, you been busy, nice sax part, who is doing that? Have you seen or heard anything from any of the Joe Public guys? Cheers, SaxyRick
Thanks Rick! The sax is a session guy named Manuel Trabucco. He did a great job on that. Still in touch with my Almost Joe brothers. They're doing well.
More great music from Bill Cornish, this piece capturing the vibe of Mt. Fuji. Love the strings towards the end. Great work from this gifted composer and musician!
