First of all, the music on this video is fire. ladies, you can do this yourself. It’s super easy to assemble and it took only about one hour. Hubby came along after me to tighten up all the nuts and bolts and we were done.
I don’t know why my bike made a strange sound, like a something looks ok the pedal, however, I check and retighten the screw and happen again, any advice ?
Step 1: Use this tool we don't identify that you certainly don't have around your house. Got it. Do not recommend this product or their replacement parts.
As a person in her mid-40s, I had absolutely no problems putting this thing together myself. It was easy with the video. I put together a different exercise bike from another brand and it took forever and was frustrating. This one was a cinch! Thanks for the simple directions. I didn't need the instruction manual to put this together, I only needed to scan the QR code which brought me here.
I’ve tried contacting support via email as well as phone and have heard no response. So, it’s an OK bike to just have casually, but the rail that attaches to the handlebars even if it’s screwed in all there is way to much wiggle room. It makes it very uncomfortable to put your weight on it. It’s the same thing with the seat. I would not recommend this model. The pedals fall off as the product isn't machined properly for the pedals to screw into. I have tried contacting them directly multiple times only to hear nothing back. Other than the voice mail of "We will contact you within 24 hours" and it's been weeks.
Having issues tightening the seat! I’ve turned the screw till they can’t turn anymore and it still won’t tighten on stay on the bike post… any advise or help?
What are you doing exactly when they unscrew the crank to take it off? I've taken off the nut with a socket wrench, but I cant tell what they are doing after that or what tool they have to do it with
I am not having a good experience with this company's horrible service. Might wanna think twice before listening to reviews. They might be fake reviews.
I had this machine for 2 months sitting inside the box, because I was scared to install it lol. Then I found your video and it not only saved me time, but helped me put together the machine in no time. Thank you 🙏🏽.
