Mr Mac! Iv been trying to find you on socials and you don’t exist lol. You were my teacher at SHHS. I would love to have a chat some time. Reach out if you like 😊
Yes I am pretty sure there was , sorry for the late reply, I am not monetized so I tutor Advanced English after work, that is how I can afford to fly. Since the pandemic, prices have gone even higher and I neglected the channel.
Thanks mate, I do my voice over in 1 take, sometimes I don't get my ducks in a row, so to speak. I am booked for Christchurch flying in BC the next month on Air NZ. Just waiting for the right break in time, so Jacinta or Scomo to push the quarantine switch. Cheers Tim
Very well presented vlog with alot of information I could not source on the internet. I have a question. I'm a heavy male and also disabled. We are booked to go to Rarotonga in the Cook Islands in August 2021. I'm really worried about the width of the herring bone seat. I know the seat itself is 22'inches in width which is ok but shoulder to shoulder I'm alot bigger than 22' inches. I have avoided flying with Air New Zealand due to the fact of the enclosed space. Do you think larger travelers would be comfortable? Unfortunately Air New Zealand is the only Airline servicing Rarotonga with a business class cabin. The flight non stop from Sydney is almost 6 hours and 7 hours 15 mins on the way back. Quite long sectors to be jamed like a sardine?
Hi Guys the NT and QLD govts are closing their borders to us, I had got a quote to fly business class to Cairns and do a review of the Hilton as well.......... hopefully soon.
Hey mate, thanks for watching, you even watched to the end! Whenever you make a comment on my channel, my students always notice, they are not avgeeks, but they picked up on me talking about aviation and content creators like Dennis Bunnik and yourself. When you commented for the first time they noticed straight away. Cheers Tim
@@timdouglas7948 Hey mate I replied on my middle name email, if you ever come to Syd there are heaps of avgeek vids like this we could collab together with. Cheers Bro
Great video Tim! You explained everything so well in the video. Kudos to the crew on your return flight, that level of service and attentiveness is top-notch
It's a great airline with good seats and great service contextually with regards to the other configurations(reverse herringbone) it does seem like a strange choice for the airline to take. The herringbone with open layout does have a few draw backs but it would not be the defining factor in flying with this airline. Congratulations on your 50th and I am confident you will enjoy Air New Zealand. Cheers Tim
@@timothymacintyre2158 I have another 2years until my 50th Birthday and I haven't been on a plane in over 30years. I don't like heights but to get somewhere like New Zealand I have to go to great heights to get there.
@@lisahall9586 happy belated birthday, also check the code sharing for Air New Zealand, I am not to sure where your flying from but both the alliance systems code share, so you might purchase with air New Zealand but the airline/craft you fly with might be a code share partner, like air Canada if you are coming out of Toronto for example.
Their business class seat are very sub par , do your home work . Have flown air nz over 40 years but the way they are configured isn't for us any more after this August we will look else where for business class .
Thanks for that, when I entered there were two scanners for your boarding pass, she pointed, me to the left which led directly to that particular lounge, the right led to the stairs. Thanks for the feedback I think in general the customer service in Denmark needs an upgrade.
