I would just call these videos 'Palette Collection and Mini-Declutter' then no one can say anything. I don't usually complain, but sometimes I'm in a good decluttering mood so i want to watch the brutal declutters and sometimes I just love looking at palettes LOL. The title sets the expectation. It can be frustrating to click on a declutter that's not really a declutter. Doesn't excuse people being rude, but I get their point. At least you gave the disclaimer. 😂 You have a nice collection. I've tripled the size of my collection every year for the last 4 years thanks to all these amazing indie brands. 😂
If I sprayed my entire body with glitter…..I’d be cleaning it for all of eternity! My bathtub! My bed sheets! My car! My clothes! Towels! It’d be legit everywhere!
The new NYX bronzers (which I still think look like blush) contain almond…..so that’s fun….I will be avoiding those for obvious reasons. They really need to put nut allergy stickers on the packaging! I skipped the eyeshadow palettes from Hard Candy because of the pressed glitter….and pressed glitter scares me….I loved being a Girl Scout! I bought the makeup! 😂 I’m so wearing the cookie headband! 🤣
What a weird addition because if someone DOESNT notice that nuts are in the formula.. I can imagine they’re in for a lawsuit 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ I think the hard candy collection is SO cute I just know me and I know I won’t use the headbands (cute as they are)

I'm trying to wear makeup 5 days a week so i can reach for the massive collection somehow. I'm finding it motivating to use things up. I don't know how often you wear makeup but i try to set a goal. I even get up early to do so. I went months without wearing it and it just sat there not being used. Small goals are great to start with. You can do it.
That has been me too! Some days, weeks, months I get into a slump where I can’t bring myself to put on the makeup that I love and spent so much money on and it’s just wasteful for me to not try to prioritize it! I really appreciate your kind words and encouragement 💖
I just wanted to put out there that the Melt stacks are approximately the size of their bullet lipsticks so they're pretty small. 😊 They also released two gel liners with the two stacks. Anywho, this was a good video, and your makeup looks really pretty. ☺️

If I did this video, It’d end up being a short! I think I might have 7 red eyeshadows scattered in various holiday/rainbow palettes! 😂❤ I have one red liquid blush and one red powder blush….and maybe 3 red lipsticks and 2 red liners! However, if I swatched all my green….that video would be hours long!

I haven’t tried Lunar, Laura, or Jackie anything! There’s just too many brands! Our JC Penny sells Lunar Beauty, but they were sold out of the lip oils……not that I currently require any more lip oils….but I will get around to that one day (in theory)😂
Lunar beauty’s lip oils aren’t my favorite just because I find the sigma ones to be a bit more nourishing, but they’re definitely not a bad formula! Of his lip products, I prefer his glosses and liquid lipsticks! They’re a demi matte so they’re not super drying!
my valentine’s day makeup is definitely going to be lime crime’s Venus XL palette, with honorable mentions being blush crush by colourpop and morphe’s va va bloom. the only 3 palettes i’ll ever need 😍
I cannot stand the Kardashians...and I wont purchase anything from any of their lines. If I want mattes, I will use My Gone Matte pallet from Colourpop....I am so glad I am not alone in this.
The K Pod humans (what I refer to them as, because they all look the same and I don’t know the names) that’s legit 25 shades of overpriced boring….I’ve never tried Rhode because the vast amount of the products contain nuts, such as almond….with zero nut allergy warnings…..not a fan…
I don’t know this as complete fact. However; someone told me the difference in price on the pat mcgrath quads is, the more expensive ones are made in Italy and are better quality and formula than the cheaper ones that are made in the USA. Has anyone else heard this or know if it’s true?
Ooo that theory could make sense! I think it was Marlena Stelle who talked about places that are the least Vs. most expensive and I believe Italy and France were at the top of the list in terms of production cost!
I’m loving the berry ND face palette (now that I use much less product 😂) and I’m obsessed with the new Mario lippies! The nomad chromes remind me too much of the ones in the Royal Europe palette…..however, I do love the planetary geology theme! 🪐🔭

I think a number of colors that are considered grunge have an olive sort of undertone to them. Certainly not all greens are grunge and not all grunge colors are green.
I’m also shocked about people saying odens eye has a bad formula too and i have never had that experience. The oldest collection I have from them is the freya collection and even back then when the shimmers were more traditional the formula was still miles better than non indie brands such as Anastasia and tarte…. Maybe because their shimmers now range to different textures but odens eye is a great brand and the only thing I would complain about is that their shipping takes a while but I get it since it’s coming from overseas
That’s the same experience I’ve had! Shipping definitely takes a hot minute, but like you said, it’s from overseas and it’s the same story for any indie brand sending from out of the country and as long as my goods arrive in one piece I’m happy!
I very, very rarely wear blue, purple, red or even pink eyeshadow! I wear yellow, orange and green, so your collection is so interesting to me because we still overlap in terms of Indie brands! Great job!

I haven’t really tried much from melt….I think I tried a blush from a Sephora kit from last year….but I haven’t tried any of their eyeshadows! There’s just too many brands to try everything!
I definitely hear that! It’s a pretty unique formula in terms of mattes - they’re very pigmented and also quite dry. I have to be in the mood/right headspace to play with melt. They’re not my favorite brand or formula when it comes to the shadows but I definitely enjoy them nonetheless. Their cream blushes are my favorite formula ever though!
I love it on other people but on me, certain shades of blue I just feel like I look so silly 😅 im slowly starting to dabble more with blues but I always try to add a lot of depth because I feel like I look *less* silly 😅
