You can use any oil, but if your skin is prone to acne and clogged pores you should check if the oils are non comedogenic, and try it on your skin and see how it goes! I just happen to have Saint John's wort oil and I've been using it with no problems

Well you may not understand that it's a detox reaction if you notice bags increasing that means there's blood flow cleaning things out and if you actually gave it time it would have balanced itself out.
