At the beginning, I contacted MIELE technical support in Germany. Symptoms: Drum does not rotate, "Rinse" LED flashes constantly. Assumption: Motor brushes worn out, also due to age. They told me there was a problem with the engine. I replaced the spare parts, the problem was not fixed. I saw your video on RU-vid. I checked the list, and the video fits my model W863. I bought the two spare parts and the shock absorbers. I replaced them. the problem was fixed. Now, the washing machine works great. Thank you very much. You are amazing. you helped me a lot. Thank you for your positive feedback ! The professional repair would cost possibly 50% of new price and the fixers often claim that they do not have space to work.

Hi, danke für das Video. Ich habe bei meinem MG5350 das gleiche Problem, dass der Fehler B200 angezeigt wurde. Auch vom PC aus konnte ließ sich keine Reinigung starten und auch als ich etwas "kopieren" wollte kam die Fehleranzeige. Als ich den Druckerkopf entnommen habe, kam allerdings immerhin die Anzeige "Druckerkopf fehlt". Ich habe einen neuen Druckerkopf kauft und diesen eingesetzt, direkt danach hat der Drucker von selbst eine Reinigung gestartet und der Fehler B200 war weg. Allerdings wird jetzt überhaupt keine Tinte aufs Papier gebracht. Sprich wenn ich etwas kopiere oder drucke funktioniert der gesamte Ablauf, aber er spuckt mir ein weißes Blatt Papier aus, selbst nach Einsetzen von neuen Patronen. Woran kann das liegen?
Ich bin selber ratlos, weil ich auch nur Endverbraucher bin. Irgendwann habe ich mal im Netz gelesen, daß es solche billige Version vom Druckkopf gibt, die nur schwarzweiß druckt !?
Kannst du mir mal bitte sagen wie man bei deiner Miele hier ins service program kommt um die fehler codes und laufstunden auszulesen? Ich wär dir dafür sehr dankbar.
Es tut mir leid, daß ich da nicht weiter helfen kann. Ich bin auch nur Verbraucher und kein Service Techniker. Evtl. findest du Hinweis dazu auf anderen Webseiten ?
DIESE wortlose Inszenierung mit den Gummihandschuhen gehört zu einem Horrorfilm, wo am Schluss jemand gaaanz laaangsam erwürgt wird. Die Atemgeräusche waren in echt deutlich stärker als hier zu hören. Pech: Kurz vor dem Exitus war der Akku LEER.

In der Gebrauchsanleiting steht, man dürfe auf keinen Fall die Batterie im eingebauten Zustand laden, außer man heisst Mercedes Fachbetrieb Mein Dunlop Ladegerät hat 1 A Ladestrom, ich denke da kann nicht viel passieren. Was denkt ihr?
