My husband is penniless and she is taking 3/4 of his salary and sitting in his million and a half dollar property. She is signed up for 17 years of alimony. She gave herself $6400 in support the kids just $400. The kids were virtually adults. He is expected to pay for 3 college educations for kids that have not spoken to him in 11 years. He went to court and the judge just re-enforced the contract. Now what? He’s on the hook till he’s 69. We’ve no time to make up.

During the course of 3 year bitter custody battle that originated from a mothers workplace infidelity issue, the children's mother has resorted to acts of parental substitution for her lovers favor despite our daughter's emergency order against this individual citing uncomfortable advancement. Recently, the mother made a false allegation of illicit drug use, sales , and female prostitute use. These allegations were investigated by CWS and deemed inconclusive due to no evidence being found, as well as a clean drug test administered at the time of the surprise early morning visit by cws at Mt residence. Regardless of the investigations findings, the mother was issued an emergency order which landed her full legal and physical custody and the court will not review my exonerated evidence , or address the fact that one protective order has taken president over the earlier protective order. 10 months of sabotaged supervised visitations have gotten no progress, and the mother aided by her new husband, continues to stall the proceedings. Adding new allegations monthly.. Is this a vexatious litigate claim in the making?
My ex waited until the children were of age .. Had no idea he was grooming them against me for decades .. they have since come around . Now they have to live with their own behaviors and consciences. We need to understand .. we have predators and manipulators .. It’s the kids who suffer most

Would i be correct if i said that in a family law court, men have to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt and women only have to prove their case on a balance of probabilities.
Please tell the truth. Judges don't care who is cheating. Everyone is cheating today. The courts want to transfer as much as they can to the mother so she won't need welfare. She can take on the Green Bay packers, it won't matter, the man will lose 75% and pay alimony and child support. The house is hers too. The man cannot take the dog because he is living in his car.
She said calculations to help what should be paid. ... The spouse who has the funds to support... We both are in need why doesn't the state pay us both.
I'd like proof of first marriage and proof of second divorce if finalized on paper it's portant to know I'm not divorcinbmy children but spouce I've changed addresses so need concrete proof by the courtship thx

Do you have a list of, or topics for deposing witnesses when when one spouse has hidden a lot of money and has had lots of concubines and is lying about all kinds of things such as not knowing the woman he's already living with efore moving in with her. My retainer is long gone. I've had to scramble and take out a couple of small loans just to get my atrorney paid up-to-date to get some important subpoenas sent. I'm going to have to do any depositions myself as well as representing myself in a contempt accusation - part of which is fiction made up by the opposition attorney - the pre trial and the trial. Mention it only if you can link the mental illness to being able to provide and care for the child. If the mental health affects the safety of the children then it matters. If the parent is in treatment and taking medication you shouldn't bring it up at all
When it comes to financial disclosure, can my husband and I agree on which accounts we want to disclose the amount on. We will disclose all our accounts, but some accounts will only have account type and account number. The other accounts that we want to split up will have the type, amount and account number. Can this be done as long as we agree?
I would love some advice on a case of violated Protective Order. Happy to see men are getting representation because it seems as if the women are always getting all the support.
Some women tell many lies on men because they want to leave for other reasons. I know of a case right now where the man was arrested for violating a protective order that he never knew was in place. Because the woman knew that she had that order on him, she provoked him, and when he reacted, she called the police. He got arrested and is in jail without bail awaiting trial. It is sad to see how men are often taken advantage of.
Also I had the judge say in the decree that the Gavron warning will apply for both parties, the payee hasn’t done anything to become self sufficient We were Divorced in 2012 so it’s been 12 years

If it is true that theft is evil, wrong and criminal, then how can a normal human being of sound mind say or prove that a theft of one dollar is morally excusable but NOT a theft of 10 million dollars? If we apply the same reasoning to physical force, then how can a normal human being of sound mind say that a (fierce but occasional) slap on the face or bottom is (perhaps) justifiable physical force but NOT caning someone a hundred times? A theft of one dollar is just as sinful, execrable and reprehensible as a theft of a trillion dollars and the same logic applies to VIOLENCE!! Only idiots and monsters love violence!

I'm a victim of domestic violence of being accused and convicted of domestic violence. Now my life feels like it's controlled . I was young and couldn't afford a lawyer. Here in Ohio you can't even have it expunged or sealed and it's the least of the misdemeanor charge idk I feel like I was shafted

Quick question. If I have temporary custody in GA and had my child for the last year and half and the mother lives in Colorado. Gets my daughter for the holidays and filed a protection order on the same claim she filed in GA that was dismissed. Can Colorado legally proceed the case because GA has Jurisdiction? Or do I just show up and prove everything false and GA has Jurisdiction? We still have a custody case in GA. The TPO says Colorado holds Jurisdiction when I know the TPO is just what the mother said on it so Judge may assume Colorado has Jurisdiction.
Hi. I just got my final order and I have to pay child support. My husband did not presented his updated financial affidavit, as ordered before trial. He only presented one in 2022. At trial he said he makes about $650/week, and the court took that as his gross income, without asking any pay stub to prove that. I did presented my updated financial affidavit, so it appears like i make more than him, but i am pretty sure he makes more money, because of the truck he drives. How can i bring that to appeal?
