im 4 weeks clean from a 8 year substance abuse with opiates, man i listened to one of joes meditation last night and woke up today feeling much better in myself then completed this morning one, i am not that addict any more today i have a whole new perspective on life and im just amazed and grateful for every day, i feel, blessed this sunday morning its 7am im a new man,sober confident with a hunger to learn and grow. god bless who ever is reading this and may you have a beautifull day
