Worked perfectly. Turned out that I didn't need the paper--couldn't get it and the shaft in the hole. I reassembled it without adding anything, and it is working great.

I just tried it now with my Logi M220. Worked like a charm! Just had to scavenge the house for the tiny tiny screwdriver xD

Got a Logitech M331 (similar to your M275) myself and it started to have the scrolling issue then I stumbled upon your vid. I took it apart and instead of paper I used a thin piece of tape and wrapped it around to make the wheel fit and it worked. Thank you.
