Whenever they get an attitude with me I’ll just be like “HELLO…HELLO???? HELLO..ANYONE ON THE LINE???” Then I hang up knowing damn well I can hear them 🤣 sorryyyyyyyy having audio issues!!!!!!
I work in a call center for a telecommunications company in my country. I couldn't even watch the whole video because I was triggered. I HATE customer service even though I'm good at it. I had so many breakdowns over the last three years of doing this line of work it's unbelievable and because of covid it's so difficult to get work in my country right now. ughhhhh
The thing I hated about it is that at mine they start us off with only 35 seconds after each call until another call can come through, and we have to answer every single call by the 3rd ring, if we let it ring to long or miss a call it counts against us🙃 Then they reduce the time after each call the ,infer you’re there to like 10 seconds, and on busy days calls are back to back to back, and it doesn’t matter if you are in the middle of handling information for another call you have to stop and take the other call🙄
I just quit my call center job for a pharmacy today and that was the best decision I made. I worked at that toxic job for a year. Not only I was dealing with angry patients, I also dealt with a micromanaging toxic supervisor and I had to report my coworker for harrassing me for a week straight. They promoted her a few months after I reported her. Never again. Now I start my new job next week in data entry.
I work customer service as a travel agent and we get international calls. The Americans are ALWAYS the RUDEST. I swear they think we are slaves who enjoy verbal abuse. Enough i work 11 hours overnight from home. They do not pay enough.
1) If you wanted to be an exclusive girlfriend, why didn't you set that a requirement up front? 2)Why are you hating on the new chick, not her fault. She didn't do anything. 3) A woman sets requirements and boundaries, girls get played with. You are too beautiful to chase a man.
I worked for an electrical company too and this is all true! They wouldn't pay their bill for 4 months and ask for more extensions when they're supposed to only get 2 and then when we tell them they're over the max extensions, they ask for a manager and the manager would just go ahead and give another extension. The managers made us look like liars or we didn't know what we were talking about and never had our back. I've seen bills go on for 6 months without payment and extension after extension. I quit with no notice.
Really debating if I should join up with a Call Center or just launch My own Independent Virtual Assistant business..I considered Call Center work thinking one way about it..after seeing posts from many who are in that line of work and how stressful it can be.. I am thinking it over .. Seriously.
Omg I hate it so much. I don't mind any parts of the job, but the calls and customers. I literally hate it. People are so rude and it's gotten to the point every single call makes me irritated (even the nice customers). We're also not allowed to say anything at all if the client is screaming bloody murder at us, threatening or cursing at us. I'm so exhausted.
😂I already hate it & I only done training I’m already looking for another job because I’m not about to be working no saturdays & then we gotta remake it up if we miss hours or a day. I’m out
Being a call center rep in collections for Verizon put me in the psych hospital. The hospital said they get lots of call center employees. In fact my roommate at the hospital was a collections rep for AT&T 🤣
Yes I was on disability for 6 months due to my severe depression and anxiety working at Verizon. My therapist said they get a lot of people from Verizon smh I can’t wait to find a new job
These companies need to get with the 21st century! Proactive mental health supports need to be provided. Employees will go elsewhere where they are provided.
