You guys were great explaining how to put up the tent. At first i was worried if i really needed someone's help, like needing 2 people in order putting up the tent but the way how you guys explain it and made it look so easy that i do believe i can do this on my own and not have a mandatory partner to set it up. This is one of the top results on RU-vid for “4 man tent setup”. Perfect video with only the information you need unlike the newer videos with a bunch of fluff and ads. Then the second time I watched this while setting the tent up outside I caught the “from Venture out” and filled up with nostalgia and pride. Go Hokies! Venture Out is an amazing organization.
Gotta say, all that extra time you spent on the script shows. Now, when you say sort of rectangular does that mean that it's also totally tubular? I'm glad I watched to the end, but I was surprised that wolf ate that little kid. I mean, of course it's gonna eat the little kid covered in boloney, I just wasn't prepared for this vid to take such a dark turn.
To watch it’s pretty easy and everyone feels like oh I can do that but every single time you put the pole through one hook the other side of the pole comes out even if you put the hooks, it’s a lost cause if you’re camping by yourself
With one person I’d put the poles In The grommets first than attach the tent with the clips. I do this with this tent which I own myself. Hope it helps
Thank you ! We bought a tent with these clips ons instead on the inner tent and for the life of us could not get it to sit right . Now we know ! Not a camping newbie just used to the old triangular shaped ones or ones with poles on outer tent you feed through ! Thank you for saving us from not divorcing over this 😂
