Back when the tracks were made, an outdoor patio carpet was found by a Kyosho rep. They liked how the cars raced on it so much, they reached out to the manufacturer and asked them if they could make a roll in black to make these tracks. This carpet is not something that can be purchased today and it is not CRC racing carpet.
If the track was 3 tiles wide all the way around it would be perfect. Back when I had a Duratrax Vendetta, before I got my Mini 8ight, I actually ran it on RCP track and it was able to make it around, but it was tight.
@@gregzielinski Well, I didn't notice any wear with the one Vendetta, though the buggy did end up accumulating small amounts of foam dust. I did run that thing quite often too, an hour or two's worth a day for several months. Still, that was one buggy. I'd say it could probably hold up a couple years before needing replacement tiles.

I ordered an xl kit from the shop a year ago. Never got a response when I numerously emailed about when I’d receive it. Basically got scammed for hundreds of dollars. You can still order on the website which I took the little spare time I have to report it. What a pathetic joke. I’ve seen the complaints on kickstarter I should’ve done my research beforehand. Just because it’s a fully viewable public website to order from doesn’t mean you won’t be screwed big time.
Can i ask how far the screen can be opened. I currently have the acer aspire 7 and I will miss the feeling of being able to open the laptop to an almost 180 angle. My previous laptop before the aspire 7 was a lenovo i hate the limitation of only around 100 degree angle.
Hi, a question for you maybe you can help me... When I change the settings in afterburner to higher values like you did my 3060 laptop actually drops the hashrate. The ideal for my PC is memory clock at -175 ... Is this normal?

Just sharing what mine does. I have no idea if that is throttled but I do know laptop 3060 GPUs come in different TDP so yours may have a maximum wattage less than mine?

Geforce GPUS had different TGP on the Graphics cards in Laptops. On this Gigabyte its kinda 90 and with dynamic Power 105 max TGP. Conclussion, in this Gigabyte Laptop this 3060 is kinda like some 3070 or even 3080 on some Laptops because of low TGP Settings of the GPU.
This is running "tented" in my basement where ambient temp is high 60's F. On my desk running ON the desk normally, temps were more high 70's low 80's C
