According to Babvvo and Tebbvo laws, soon all combustion cars and trucks including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Car washs will be forbidden too because they are climate killers, now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.!!!!!!
84 should have round headlight right, but they were Wasserboxer in 84 (2 front grill). Last Aircooled Vanagon is early 83, hence you sometime see reference to 1983 - 1/2 which would means watercooled vanagon in 1983, the second half of 83
607 hp at 5500 rpm. The number they were after was 666 lb/ft at 4500 rpm probably for marketing. The torque curve was table flat for almost the entire range so a lot was still available if desired. Solid numbers for the very early ‘90s though. Steve Dinan said they could get 1000 hp easy from it but that was 30 years ago. Technology has come a very long way.
@@toddhildebrand6057 The "Ferrari Tamer", 0-60 in just under 4 seconds. In the late 90's I got to ride in one identical (same?) as the car in this vid. Great acceleration and fast AF on the highway too.
