Puerto Rico seems like an amazing place and I really hope the locals specifically the low-middle class thrive and benefit from all the money flowing into the country with that said all these celebs that move to Puerto Rico go there for the tax benefits and I don’t blame them if I had the amount of money they do I would’ve done the same thing since taxes in the US are absolutely ridiculous especially in the more liberal states I just hope these celebrities are doing good in Puerto Rico and not causing any issues for the natives
Damn didn’t know Minnesota was 11th highest when it comes to taxes but makes sense I gotta get out of here been thinking about moving to Texas with my wife cause I definitely don’t want to have and raise kids here
That is not why people retire in FL. It's a tax haven. It's probably going to be moving down the list in the next few years as more and more of those "primary residences" get taken out by hurricanes.
I’ve got a friend with a mechanical engineering degree who loves his job and made six figures within two years of leaving college. It can be a great field if that’s what you’re interested in!
Synchrony bank is horrible. They got 7,000 complaints. If they ever folded, their employees would have to be re-trained to be more civilized before being hired by another bank
You made the call... You were wrong about who was getting paid off... But you got the amount right. I all I have is a GED and never spent a day in College but I can tell... If I had I would have learned how to get the free ride!
Yes it does impact your credit score …but it is very negligible. If you are concerned about the impact to your score then you should not be buying a truck..especially at todays inflated prices. Prior to the weighting changes to credit scores it would take 10 hard inquiries to drop a 700+ score by 1 point. If you own a home and make all your regular payments I would worry about it. What many people don’t know is that nearly all your creditors perform a “soft” pull every 30-90 days to look for any significant changes to your credit worthiness. Back to your scenario, you could hav possibly stunted your credit score by not being in the loan with your wife because you will or earn the positive making the monthly payment and showing you can also be responsible with your debt load.
Fair point but I can't imagine a 5 point drop for the next couple reporting months is going to affect your financial life. There must be something about it I don't understand. EDIT: Here's my like though!
Straightforward and to the point! Excellent vidoe and editing! Just subscribed so I can incorporate more techniques into my own couch flipping business. Thanks!
Yeah man, you should give it a shot! Cleaning the couches is honestly the worst part but if you've already got the truck then there's a pretty low barrier to getting started
You know I had to make sure one of your thumbnails made it into a b roll shot too! I’ve watched you flip so many couches I felt like I had to get a slice of all that
Which person's advice was actually worth listening to? Also, sorry about the lack of audio in a couple places. The Tiktoks had some copyrighted songs that had to get cut out
My parents did a really good job helping me understand credit scores really young. Because of them I've made sure to not every pay any interest on my cards and my score is up to 786! I'll make sure to call and raise my credit limit to try and raise my credit score even faster. Thanks for the tip as always!
Yeah, I think they gave a lot of people a bad feeling back when they halted trading on all the momentum trades in January. Whether they think they were doing the right thing or not, they lost customers in the process. Make sure to check on your new broker though too, because if the SEC institutes an all out ban on payment for order flow, then all of the free brokers will have to change and probably bring back commission fees!
Personally I don't like how all the big institutions share data with each other through the payment for our orders. I can't prove it, but you know that there's backdoor deals going on with the insider information they get off of our trades.
Interesting video! I have continued to say that I believe the market will not crash, but just cool down. As a few months have gone (from your post) on I still see this as true. Your video did make me think of the many "I will wait out the marketers" who may be enough to lower the prices themselves, but with Ibuying, corporations buying up blocks and investors still wanting to purchase property coupled with the historically low inventory and demand I just don't see a crash happening. Just a slow down. Like you mentioned housing is a good long term play. I plan to hold all of my properties at least 10 years. Also as a selfish question how did you start the affiliate links for robinhood and M1Finance? Did you reach out/apply or they found you?
Without watching it again, I don’t remember if I mentioned it in this video or a different one- but a crash in my mind would take a massive catalyst that I just don’t see on the horizon given the low supply, high demand, and government intervention. I’ve been seeing a tapering down in my own area, but with another shutdown possibly around the corner due to Delta and now Muu, who knows if the production of raw materials will halt again? So at this point things could swing either way. But if it’s a long term investment, then everyone will be okay as long as they ride it out! The links for Robinhood and M1 Finance were super easy! Everyone has a Robinhood link by default that you can find in the “get free stock” section of their website/app. M1 is something you do have to apply for, but it’s pretty simple and I was approved within two weeks. Here’s some info about the M1 program www.m1finance.com/affiliates/
Matt " breakfast" Me: NOOO, not the genetically modified cereal. I'm a mom so I look for those things 🤦♀️😂😂 Great video as always! You have a great way of getting to your viewers, you'll be able to reach millions, if you keep up the great work!!
I'll have to try that next then! I decided to use Robinhood here since that's where I figure most people will try to start, but good call on jumping to another platform for it.
