Yes, but they made an announcement that soon something is coming, if its an update the outfit most likely wont drop anymore and you can only obtain it via trade hub.
Can u just go into heuco mundo with chaos kill hollows with cero and ult in one random direction to kill hollows without doing quest. Would this give u goku fit
Hey i would recommend farming it at any time. If you have an account you always wanted to level up, you can do the 15 hollow quest over and over, that way you level the account and farm for the outfit. Good luck and thanks for the sub !! <3

I have learns lots from this thank u for this information i am truly thankful that you showed me how to solo I was really having trouble and I was close to giving up but I found this video and it helped a lot I finally soloed my first invasions and am truly grateful.
