Your Honor, if I may, allow me to shed some light on the circumstances surrounding the incident. The events that transpired were in the context of self-defense. If one takes a look at the first clip shown in this video, it was clear from the visible injuries sustained that I was in a state of distress and harm during the altercation. The actions I took were solely in defense of myself and those around me. Resulting in this Falco getting clipped.
